Beauty Call

So first things first, the actual service I received on my wedding day was great. BUT… As we were speaking to her and via the email I received THE NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING it was made clear to me that the stylist was already doing a wedding in the morning before mine. So she couldn't come until after we had expected her, once she arrived she let me know that Beauty Call had booked her the MORNING before! I had been in communication with beauty call for months, paying multiple deposits etc. You'd think they would have their own stylist? Or book a stylist a little more advanced that ONE DAY! I booked beauty call because of the images supplied on there website so now I know they are very unreliable image and they clearly don't care what kind of service the paying customer gets.

Vanessa did hair and makeup up for the bride, bridesmaid and Groom’s Mum. We all looked amazing and Vanessa made us feel relaxed and enjoy getting ready for the wedding.

I am so impressed with Beauty Call! My booker, Sally, was very prompt with answering any queries I had and the organisation of everything was fab. Her colleague, Hayley, was amazing! She did my hair and makeup for my graduation, and also my mum’s makeup. She was on time and ever so lovely. I’m considering asking her to come back and do it all over again for my masters graduation next year! We contacted Beauty Call about doing the hair and make up for a Hen party, as the bride to be loves getting their hair done before going to the races. From the get go the contact was poor and we were constantly having to chase Beauty call for information or a confirmation of the booking. I understand there was some back and forth about the numbers and a potential second artist needing to be booked which took time, and we managed to agree on one artist catering to a smaller number of the group. However two days before the event I received an email at 11:55pm stating that the artist had tested positive for Covid 19 and they were trying to find a replacement. Whilst I understand that during these times this is just unfortunate, beauty call never got in touch to let us know if they found us another artist or if they had to cancel the booking completely (which they state din their email that they would be in touch). The hen weekend has been and gone and there has still been no contact form them. I am just relieved that no money exchanged hands as we would be at a loss.

Sam was very prompt to get back to me with all my requests fulfilled. One of her colleagues, Helen, did a fabulous job of my hair and make-up as a wedding guest. Thank you Sam and team! X.

I booked my wedding hair and make up services with Beauty Call. Sam was really helpful all the way through, answering questions and giving me all the information I needed. I had the super talented Keran for my trial and wedding day - she was so lovely, easy to get on with, patient with all my worries and quirks, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the service Beauty call provided, I met Samantha at a wedding fair and she was so helpful and approachable and recommended the right person, the arrangements were very straight forward. Keran did my hair and makeup for my wedding and she did the most amazing job, I was so happy with the way I looked, she made me glow. She listened to everything I wanted and was happy to change anything if I wasn’t. It didn’t come to that though, she understood my vision. She was always on time and professional. It is also the first time my picky sister has let someone do her make up and been happy with the result. My sister even wanted to start using the same products afterwards. Keran is a lovely person too, she made me feel at ease on the day. Fantastic.

Based on a glowing recommendation from a colleague, I booked Keran to do my hair and make up for my wedding this July as well as make up for 4 bridesmaids and both mothers. She did an amazing job, and was super calm and lovely to have around the house all morning! We were all looking beautiful and really happy with the results!

After a year of searching for a hair/ makeup artist, I decided on beauty call. My 4 year old daughter and I had a trial with Vanessa and straight away I new I wanted to hire her to do our hair. On the day she helped to calm my nerves, and looked after me ( should of been my bridesmaid) she helped my bridesmaids and did me and my daughter’s shair to perfection. I was very pleased with your services and the excellent make-up and hair that Emily managed to produce on the day. What was apparent from the very first contact with your services was the speed and quality of the communications and the detailed breakdown on things. Emily, the make-up and hair artist, came and did my 3 bridesmaids and I up for the day. Emily was pleasant and professional at all times, and more importantly very patient with my ever-evolving requests for different hair! I loved how she was able to completely change my make-up to something more me-like on the day, too! I truly "felt the part" on the day, which is surely, the best thing you can hope for on your "Special Day". Thank you!

Sam did my hair and makeup for prom and I could not have been happier she did exactly what I had in mind and made me feel beautiful for the whole night I would highly recommend! Sam did my hair for my wedding back on the 5th May 2018. She was excellent in the initial stages ensuring I had all the right info for the trial and what to prep. The trial was great, she absolutely nailed what I was after - boho bride look - as well as really natural make-up. She made sure she kept in contact in between the trial and the actual day itself which meant I was reassured and one less thing for a bride to worry about! On the day she was amazing and the hair and make-up looked even better! I would highly recommend Sam for anyone looking for someone to do their hair and/or make-up for any special occasion - she's great!

I got married last week and Sam did an amazing job on the hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids and my mum! We all felt like a million dollars all day and the hairdos held up really well after several hours of energetic dancing :). I live abroad so wasn’t able to have a trial before the wedding but on the day Sam immediately understood what I was looking for and was also a lovely, friendly and calming presence while we were getting ready. Would definitely recommend!

I got married last month and had my makeup and hair done by Sam. Sam was amazing to work with, as soon as we first met for the trial I knew I was in safe hands. She was so nice and friendly but also really listened to what I did and didn't want. On the day she also did the hair for my four bridesmaids; all different styles and all looked gorgeous. Sam really put us all at ease, which is very important the morning of your wedding! I felt beautiful on the day and had so many compliments on my hair and makeup. I couldn't recommend Sam enough!
