I highly recommend Rachel. She is not only extremely professional, but also very thoughtful. I always have my waxing done with Rachel, but today I had something new! I had the eyelash tint and lift treatment. She put me at ease and went through every procedure before she did it. My lashes look amazing, I’m so happy with them and I’m very grateful to her. She is certainly 5 star!

This was my first visit for an intimate wax. I was given a friendly greeting and lead to the treatment room. Rachel asked what treatment was expected and then explained how she would proceed. I agreed and was allowed privacy to get ready, she explained what she was doing at each step and following asked if I was OK to allow her to carry on. I required the waxing in advance of a medical procedure and I now fell happy to return for a second session once there is hair growth. This was a professional treatment carried out with care.

I have recently moved to the area and wanted to find someone local. I came across Rachels Facebook page, so I messaged her, arranged an appointment and she rang me to discuss my treatment. From the moment you walk in Rachels house, she makes you feel at home and puts you at ease. Rachel is professional, friendly and quick. The wax she uses is quick drying and less painful than others.
