Absolutely amazing in every way, we have been customers since 2019 after trying so many different cleaners we feel like we have struck gold. Everyone who has been a part of keeping our 4 homes in a clean and always ready state have been so accomodating. I love that they are always adapting and changing to the needs of us the customers. Nothing is ever too much. Please show these wonderful life changing people some respect in what they do.
Awful experience sadly. First hired to do a deep clean and it was incomplete despite having 3 staff. There is an issue somewhere in the company with honesty and integrity as the explanation from the owner and the explanation from her staff for why it was incomplete were totally different… a theme that was to continue. Week after week there was something wrong with the clean and I would politely take it up with the cleaner only to see a repeat. One week the owner informed my that my poor cleaner had suffered a family emergency and she couldn’t cover her whilst my cleaner informed me that the owner had known for months that she had annual leave. Today, I arrive home to a dirty house AGAIN, whilst watching the cleaning leave after 1 hour 45 minutes of work (I pay for 2 hours) I was insulted by the owner when, (after what was to be my final experience with this dreadful company) I was told my cleaner had called her out of concern about what to do about “all the urine” in my home from my dogs… interesting as once again, my cleaner on her way out had in fact just let me know that one of my dogs had peed on a section of skirting while I was out but not to worry as she had cleaned it. This suggestion that I was in some kind of biohazard living environment just over one of my dogs having a little tinkle on a bit skirting really tipped me over the edge. So I raised my concerns to the owner, supported by images and offered to allow them to come back and see it. Instead of being met with an apology I got a half hearted offer to send someone else but whilst being reminded he would not deal with “biohazards”. I live in a house, not a nuclear power plant, and I never asked anyone to clean up after my dogs, nor would I. (Interesting that they advertise as being a dog friendly company - even offering dog walking and sitting, so I do wonder what they would do if one of my dogs were to do the same thing when they were looking after them!) When I rejected this offer and refused to pay for a full 2 hours work when I had not only not received that but that I would still have to clean my house myself, all of sudden the owner was stone cold and started to insult me with passive aggressive statements and challenging my refusal to pay full price. Failed promise after failed promise week in, week out. They also claim that every week you will get a full checklist of what has been cleaned… never happened once. So if you’d like to be let down, lied to, insulted and then called a liar for expecting what you pay for. You’ll love this company! Oh and they will damage your things and not put anything back after they “clean” to, as you’ll see from the pictures of my “deep clean”.Moreexpand_more
Being a household of 5, and 2 fluffy dogs hoovering was becoming more than I could do, suffering pain in all my joints. My anxiety for dealing face to face with people is high but talking through media my worries about covid and having someone in my home was sorted and its the best decision I've made in a while. Life seems so much better with a clean house. My cleaner arrives on time with her own stuff and has taken in board my allergies. And does much more than hoovering, its lovely.
