Beautiful Day

My friend and I got our makeup done by Liz for prom, and I can honestly say that the makeup she did on us was beautiful. But also made us feel very comfortable and was lovely getting to know her! Would definitely recommend!

I can highly recommend Liz. She is delightful, friendly and very professional. My daughters prom was on 4th July 2015, and Liz did their make up. Liz arrived on time with a huge selection of make-up. She talked to the girls about the 'look' they wanted and checked with them throughout their makeover, making sure they were happy every step of the way. My daughters had very different dresses in very different colours and the make up was perfectly tailored to each of them individually. The make-up was age appropriate and lasted all evening. Excellent.

I contacted Liz for a make up update and tutorial. She took time to explain what she was doing and explain the products she recommended for me while transforming my face! I was so pleased with the result; never knew I could look like that! One of the best things about Liz is her knowledge of cosmetics and skincare across all brands:something I'd found hard to get before. She talked to me about skincare and what would work best for me which has saved me making more expensive wrong purchases. She makes you feel relaxed, is really friendly and the end result is such a confidence boost. If you want make up for a special occassion or to update your look and products, Liz is your woman! Liz did my make-up for my son's wedding in June 2015. As I don't normally wear that much make-up, I wanted a natural look, that would also look good on the photos and Liz delivered that perfectly. Liz was so friendly the whole time and made me feel so relaxed. My make-up lasted the whole day and everyone said how lovely I looked. Thank you Liz for making me feel a million dollars on my son's wedding.

We asked Liz to do a trial for the makeup for my daughters wedding last April. None of us usually wear much makeup so did not want to look like painted dolls! She listened carefully and the look she created for all of us was perfect. On the day of the wedding she came to the hotel where she did the makeup for myself, the bride and both bridesmaids. She made it such a lovely experience and it was so relaxed with her bubbly personality and humour. She stayed with us right until we needed to get dressed to make sure everything was perfect and from all the compliments we had I would say she was spot on. I would thoroughly recommend her for any occassion special or not, she has a brilliant manner which makes you feel totally at ease.

Liz did the make up for my wedding this year, I was unsure about what I wanted and Liz pulled it off first time and I loved it, my bridesmaids were very happy with theirs too.

Liz came to my house on my wedding day, she arrived on time, was very polite and professional. She did everything I asked for, and even gave my flower girl a bit of glitter on her face. We all looked beautiful, thanks to Liz.

Elisabeth did my make up for me for a special event (mum and dads wedding blessing). I'm not usually one that goes in for "pampering" and have a large personal space! I was made to feel so comfortable and totally at ease. Elisabeth understood how i usually put my make on, and enhanced that look. I felt beautiful and the make up lasted long into the night. Liz did my make up for my wedding on 1st October, and my 5 bridesmaids. It was the hottest day in October ever (according to the Met Office! ) and even though it was boiling in my house Liz did a fantastic job - everyone commented on how good the make up was and I would recommend her to anyone. Liz did my makeup for my wedding day in September 2010 along with my mums and my 3 bridesmaids. She was fantastic and my makeup was just as I wanted it to be! She was such a lovely and calming influence on us all and fitted in and worked well with the hairdresser and timings of getting us all ready in plenty of time. I would thoroughly recommend her as all 5 of us wanted slightly different makeup styles which Liz took in her professional stride.

Liz did my daughter's make-up (bride), my make-up and 3 bridesmaids make-up at our home on September 25th on my daughter's Wedding Day. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone when planning the wedding, Liz spoke with confidence and sounded very knowledgeable. This proved the case when she came along to do our trial make-up consultation. She recommended products and fully understood my daughters desire to have her make-up looking natural with a little emphasise for that 'Special Day Look'. On the day of the Wedding Liz came along on time and was lovely to have around. She was calm, professional but with a very friendly approach. She was nice to have around and worked well alongside our hairdresser. This enabled all 5 of us to have hair and make-up done at home. Thank you Liz you were a pleasure to have in our house that morning and we couldn't have had a better make-up artist as all our make-up looked wonderful and needless to say the Bride and Bridesmaids looked stunning. Liz did my wedding make up on 5th March 2011. We had a pre- wedding trial where Liz spent time getting to know Mum and I, what look we wanted to achieve etc. Liz put us both at ease and was very bubbly, knowledgeable and reassuring. She used excellent top quality products and took great notes so that on the big day it all ran smooth. Both my Mum and I were delighted with our makeup and would happily recommend Liz.

Liz stepped in for my wedding day makeup at short notice due to a cancellation from a different make up artist. I thank my lucky stars looking back , and i was so pleased she did, after having a trial with someone else i have something to compare to. Liz was amazing , the products she used were divine. She colour matched my skin perfectly , my eye shadow was out of this world and she even gave me make up to touch up with. My make up lasted brilliantly all day long , the end result was me looking amazing for my special day. I have problem skin not that you could tell on the day it was flawless. Liz was prompt , very knowledgeable and very talented. I would highly recommend and to be honest will be finding any excuse to be able to use her again. Liz did the make-up for me, my bridesmaids, my Mum and my Aunt for my wedding on 4 September 2010. We were all so impressed with her fantastic work and flexible approach. We all had very definite ideas of what we wanted and Liz was able to work with us to achieve this. Originally I was going to do my own makeup on my wedding day, as normally I don't wear a lot of makeup but a friend recommended Liz and when I went for a trial I was so impressed with her service and with what good value for money she was that I never looked back.
