In September 2015 I began a new venture with my partner opening a coffee shop/deli in Milton Keynes. I spoke to a few different suppliers but found that Beanmachines were by far the most professional to speak to and to deal with. The sales advisor really helped me understand what the best machine was for my shop and the process afterwards speaking to accounts was really straight forward. I called Beanmachines on Monday morning as we were having problems with our coffee machine. I spoke to Kay who was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and send out an engineer the same day! Within 6 hours from calling Beanmachines our machine was back up and running. Not only that it was running better than before and Catalan, their service engineer provided some further training and guidance. We were thrilled with the service and would definitely recommend them.
