Briar House, is a four bedroom house on Briar Crescent in Sharston, Wythenshawe, South Manchester, M22 4QU. It has six beds and sleeps up to eight guests, with a family bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.

The location suits anyone working in South Manchester or flying in and out of the region. Manchester Airport is roughly ten minutes away by car. Wythenshawe Hospital is under ten minutes, which makes the house practical for NHS staff, agency nurses and visiting medical teams. Trafford Park is around twenty minutes.

Parking is often the deciding factor for trade guests, so it is worth being specific. The property has a large private driveway at the front with room for four vans at the same time. There are no height restrictions and no charge for parking. Seven and a half tonne vehicles and sign written trade vans are welcome.

Bookings are handled directly by us. Guests can book Briar House through our own website, or through Airbnb and Booking. Com if they prefer a platform they already have an account with. Booking direct is usually the cheaper option because there is no platform commission added to the nightly rate. The minimum stay is three nights, and rates reduce for weekly and monthly bookings, so longer placements and contracts work out better value.

Check in is self service. Guests arriving late from a flight or a long shift do not need to meet anyone or collect keys from an office. We answer messages the same day and deal with any issue at the property ourselves rather than passing it to a call centre.

Alongside our guest accommodation, we work with Manchester landlords on guaranteed rent and serviced accommodation management agreements. Landlords receive a fixed monthly rent with no void periods and no tenant management, and we run the property as serviced accommodation on their behalf.
