We wanted flush sash casement windows and after being let down by another company we decided to try Martin and Andrew. They did not disappoint us. Despite industry wide shortages and our specific requirements Andrew sourced and fitted our new windows with great care. His attention to detail, from initial design to final fitting is excellent. Andrew worked hard to ensure that every aspect of the installation was as straightforward as possible for us. Andrew took all the old windows away and left us very pleased with our new ones. We thoroughly recommend Andrew.

Martin and the Baynham crew fitted a porch on the back of my house. From the early discussions to the final fitting Martin was so helpful, knowledgeable and informative and his attention to detail is second to none. A really friendly and professional outfit and I am extremely pleased with the addition to my house. Highly recommend.

Martin and Andy replaced a front door and a couple of blown window panes for us just before Christmas at such short notice and with the weather against us. They were honest about which windows needed replacing, reliable and very friendly chaps, they have done a fantastic job and we are so happy with the finished work - would definitely recommend.

My front door lock failed so I contacted Baynhams. Although the door was not fitted by Baynhams, Martin came round and advised me I did not need to purchase a new one which I was grateful for. Instead, Martin fixed the problem for me, and I can now lock my door and my property is safe again. Martin was kind, helpful and honest so I will recommend him to friends. Simply the best!

Martin replaced all windows and doors in the house including some large patio doors. Although the installation was protracted due to supply chain delays the work was completed to a high standard and quality.

A far from straightforward job replacing a first floor wood/glass and plastic roof 40 year old conservatory to a room with a view. However despite a couple of problems on the way which caused delays outside the contractors hands the end result is quite stunning and should enhance the style and amenities of the property. Thanks to Andy and the team for their perseverance and workmanship and Martin and Rob's appraisal of the initial job and subsequent supervision.

I needed a couple of windows replaced for the porch and went back to Baynham HI as I used them a few years back for main window replacement and had a great experience. As before, they fitted quickly, efficiently and cleared up leaving a tidy, neat job. I've always found them good value and Martin is very genuine and customer focused. Highly recommended.

Adjusting a door in its frame and checking that the locks worked efficiently after the work was finished. The job was carried out quickly and the engineer was polite and friendly.

An excellent job overall with attention to detail from our initial enquiry to final installation. Several visits to check measurements ensured that fitting the windows and doors were trouble free. Great advice when choosing the right product for us as we were after a particular look and colour. After sales care was also impressive to overcome an issue arising from a manufacturer's fault. Very satisfied.

Martin Sayell is a first class guy, his knowledge of the products he sells is second to none, I purchsed a patio door from Martin and from ordering the door to the fitting was seamless and stress free. Martin came to fit the door with Andy, it was a very pleasant experience my Wife Angela and I we were both overjoyed with the door and their workmanship, would recommend them both 100%. .

These guys are polite and trustworthy they are excellent at what they do sorted my leaky Roof. I have used these guys before they did an excellent job on a replacement conservatory and windows and a stable door. Phil and Martyn are very knowledgable and like perfection within there work nothing is too much trouble. They are very reasonable especially as they do quality work. I've just had a patio laid my Mark who has also done a excellent job. I would recommend Baynham Home Improvents if you want good quality workmanship.

I chose Baynham Home Improvements to quote to replace my large and old leaking conservatory roof, because I was impressed with their informative website. I felt that I would be in very safe hands, provided their pricing was competitive. Thankfully, my intuition, (for once! ), was spot on. Martin came to price the work, and took the time and effort to understand what I was looking for in terms of quality and price. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable person, who listens rather than just talks at you. When I received the quote I was pleasantly surprised given the quality of the spec and had no hesitation in accepting it. In comparison to the competition, there was no comparison! The job was completed on the day promised, and finished on the day promised too despite rain on two days that curtailed work. Phil Baynham led the replacement of the roof itself, (having surveyed the job after Martins initial visit), and I particularly liked the fact that Martin was there throughout assisting him. I can honestly say that the new glass ultra frame roof looks wonderful, and each and every piece fitted together with millimetre precision. Phil is an absolute perfectionist, and takes immense pride in his work-alas, not the norm anymore. Prior to working with Baynham's I had heard so many horror stories from neighbours with bad experiences regarding conservatory and window double glazing, that I was very nervous. Martin and Phil put up a new roof on my conservatory as it was leaking. I am delighted with their work. It was completed on time in the pouring rain and they never left any mess. It was a pleasure working with them both. I have asked them to carry out other home improvements I require safe in the knowledge that their standard of work is second to none.
