The staff provided my sister with their facial, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process, and the facials left their skin feeling soft and smooth. They also appreciated the hand massage. I would recommend them.

Batello produced a stunning scheme to provide wheelchair access from our driveway to the house, which blended in perfectly with the existing garden layout. And they did it in some of the most appalling weather and they left the site immaculate at the end!

We gave Paul and Kevin what we thought was the impossible task of reducing the amount of beds to weed and the size of lawn to mow, to make our garden easier to manage, as we are getting older. We also wanted more privacy so we could sit and enjoy it, as most of the garden is visible from the road. They have managed to do it all and given us a lovely new garden. They kept existing plants that we especially liked, and invited us to help choose new ones. Our appointed landscapers, Paul II and Taddy, really did a magnificent total transformation of our garden. Both excellent craftsmen, truly a valuable asset to the company. .

Batello are an excellent team. They designed the exact garden we wanted and carried out all the work ahead of schedule and with no disruption to our family life. The chaps were all polite and hard-working and a pleasure to have around for the week. Paul also gave us lots of useful advice about taking care of the plants when the garden was completed. This spring, Batello transformed our driveway and three areas of our fairly large yet uninspiring garden into something beautiful and manageable and we are delighted with the results. We chose Batello on the recommendation of a friend whose small garden was very different to ours but we were impressed with the attractive, unfussy, easily maintained design they had created for her. We have just had our back garden completely transformed by Batello from an untidy mess into a beautiful area to enjoy and entertain. Kevin, Paul and especially Pete's professionalism, high quality of work, superb customer care and amazing attention to detail were exceptional and are very much appreciated. Had our garden completely stripped out and redesigned in March 2016. We picked Batello simply from seeing their website as we were previously badly let down, all I can say is, we really did pick the best! From the first meeting with Kevin and Paul we had complete trust in them. We handed them a badly drawn sketch with an idea of what we wanted and the result was exactly what we had hoped for, if not better! Kevin came round with samples of stones and suggested different designs for the layout, we were more than happy to go along with any suggestions made. Nothing was too much trouble for them, the whole team were first class. Always on time, always worked hard, the skill of all their work was impeccable and they were a pleasure to have around. Kevin was recommended to us by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending Batello to anyone. Kevin took time to understand what we really wanted for our front garden and made lots of helpful suggestions based on his experience. When the work was done it was very professional, clean and he took time to discuss and explain any last details or changes. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation to a modern and fantastic looking front garden. Our neighbours are very jealous! I had my garden landscaped by Batello in September 2015. Throughout the whole process they were professional and friendly. I had a clear idea of the garden design which was modified as the garden evolved. Attention was given to the finish which I am really pleased with. I have yet to see the fruits of the planting so it is difficult to comment on that, suffice to say my rather eclectic choice of ‘easy care, colourful, year round interest’ was given considerable thought. I would thoroughly recommend Batello and am VERY pleased with my garden, especially the standard of the finish – it really does transform a home when outside is such an inviting space.

I am extremely impressed with the professional service I have received from Kevin, Paul and the rest of the team. They presented their design ideas clearly and sent a detailed estimate of the work to be done. They arrived promptly each day, worked hard and always tidied up before leaving. Kevin and Paul are obviously passionate about their work and nothing was too much trouble - they even cleaned out the soak away when doing the final tidy up! I was consulted every step of the way even down to Paul placing the plants out for my approval before planting them. It was a pleasure to have this team around the house and I have no hesitation in recommending them. If only every company offered this exceptional level of quality, honesty, service and attention to detail.

Batello removed our old patio and replaced it with new paving and I cannot believe the transformation that took place or the high quality of the work. Kevin helped us with the design throughout helping and advising us with all aspects including the choice of paving. The whole team worked very hard, always turned up on time and were absolutely no trouble. They also took exceptional care of our property and tidied everything away when they had completed the work. I would highly recommend this team.

Last summer, despite appalling weather, Kevin and co transformed our back garden. We now have a new patio, path and a artificial lawn. Kevin gave us excellent advice, ideas and answered all our queries. The team worked exceptionally hard, tidying up at the end of each day. They were very punctual, polite and non-intrusive. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Batello.

They designed, built and planted my front garden to my entire satisfaction converting a very poor lawn area into a pattern of gravel paths and interesting herbaceous beds. They were clean and efficient and I continue to receive complements from passing pedestrians. Additional to this they created a nice path and paved area in my back garden. They continue to provide an occasional hedge cutting and general garden maintenance service. Their prices are reasonable and all the staff are hard working and personable. I would recommend them absolutely.

We had a major transformation of our garden done in March this year. We moved to our property last September and were overwhelmed by the task of changing what looked like a field with a straight path through it into an attractive ,easily kept garden which would still be fun for our grandchildren and ourselves. Paul came to our rescue in October presenting us with three brilliant plans. Kevin costed our eventual choice and we agreed in December to to go ahead in March. On the date agreed Kevin and his team descended and worked relentlessly for a month. His attention to detail and the teams work ethic were second to none and we cannot sing their praises highly enough. In April paul and I bought two van loads of plants a brilliant fun day and then the larger trees were planted by the team and I took on the task of planting the others. The errors of choice of plants and final positioning are all mine but it is a work in progress. The bones are in place and have been much admired. The organic shaped fence in particular has been universally admired. My husband can't stop pointing out to people how one curved fence seamlessly flows across to the next. Paul came up with a brilliant design for us, managing to make sense of the very vague specification we gave him. Kevin and the team worked very quickly and were incredibly neat and clean, especially considering the fact that they had to completely dig up our lawn and yard. The work was done on schedule and came in on budget. 9 months' later and we are now starting to get the full benefit of the new landscaping as the weather improves and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The chaps recently completed a major remodelling of our garden. Initially, Paul's design exceeded our (undefined) budget, but with some compromises, the changes we were able to jointly make meant we were able to reduce the budget without compromising the overall design. The final outcome is a total success. The attention to detail, the quality of the work and attention to detail by Kevin and his team are unquestionable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody.

Kevin and his team provided both hard and soft landscaping for our new offices in Bridgwater. Their attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional and they worked very hard in appalling weather conditions to finish the job on time and within budget. The 'icing on the cake' as far as I was concerned was the two hours spent at the end of the job power washing the car park to remove all muddy traces!
