It was absolutely a pleasure working with Base Property Specialists Ltd. They were very responsive and it felt that both Steve Akl and Kristjan Byfield were interested in making our move much easier. They have informed local Council, Electricity/Water companies about our move, making a registration process much faster. Most of the paper work were done digitally, which made it easier to review and sign the contract. Best agent I happened to work with in London!

I rented a really unique property through Base for four years. They were invariably helpful, fair, professional and efficient. Maintenance could not have been simpler: we were given the number of our landlord's maintenance man, who would deal with nearly any issue within 24 hours (and once dropped his family celebrations on 27 December to attend an unforeseeable emergency). In particular, Base were amazing for the final year of the tenancy. We spent 13 months trying to buy our first place, and kept having to change/extend the end date of our tenancy, sometimes with short notice. The whole Base team went above and beyond to help us, and eliminated entirely what could have been a real source of stress, during an already-stressful time. Thanks so much guys.

Great service from first viewing to contract signature.

Base Property Specialists Ltd completely took the anxiety out of finding a new home. They were not only fantastic in guiding us to finding the perfect property, but also completely put us at ease as to the process of renting. My three housemates and I had viewed several properties with other agencies, and not one estate agent was as informative or helpful as Base. Being fairly new to the renting market, Base were clear as to what was needed to secure our dream property - from referencing to deposits. They made it an easy and enjoyable process, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Steve was great to deal with. Kristjan was not. Even though we where very keen on viewing a property (which we ended up renting) he was not flexible on arranging a viewing for us and only slipped us in when it was convent for other customers and himself. This made us feel very undervalued and not worth of the effort.

Base have been very good at keeping in touch and making our move into our new property as seamless as possible.

I found Base Property Specialists to be polite, attentive, and responsive. I spoke frequently to An, Terence, and Steve throughout the tenancy, and always received prompt and helpful replies. Terence was even kind enough to offer advice on the rental market in London for my brother, even though he was not planning to rent through Base. I encountered a few maintenance issues during the tenancy which were dealt with as quickly as was possible by Base. Genuinely, a wonderful letting agent. They really are one of the good ones.
