I used Base to repair my Google Nexus 7 tablet, which had a broken motherboard. Their staff were consistently friendly and helpful and repaired the tablet for me for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Polite friendly service, I had a laptop on its last legs with important data not saved. My hard disk was carbonising and required saving to a ghost copy which took day and a half. I expected the worst, but somehow James reassured me that everything would be ok as original and it was, they did a splendid job. I would certainly use them again.

Having owned few differente devices, I have encountered few computer, desktop, laptop issues. Problems scaling from the common virus problem to the less likely mother board failure. In every case the team and James in particular have been just great. They always found the issue and solved in timely manner and also at value for money cost. I contacted Base Computer Services by e-mail over the weekend as I had lost the colour blue from my Dell printer. Within 24 hours I received a clear concise reply with instructions as to what I should do. The advice was spot on and I now have a fully functioning printer.

I have had my PSP for several years and recently the D-Pad buttons stopped working, I took it to Base computers and they fixed it within 48 hours, now it works like new, in fact i'm sure it's more responsive then when I first bought it! Great service for an even greater price!

I called in at 9am with a broken screen and possible other damage (after I had dropped the laptop). Screen was fixed, data checked just over an hour later! Also extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. If Carlsberg made computer repair companies they would be like Base !

I have been back to Base Computers twice now with my sons laptop, which needed repairs, both times the staff have been very helpful and have diagnosed the problem on the spot. Came in with a new laptop that had a faulty hard drive (purchased from PC world). This problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes and rectified by the next day (Three weeks quicker than what was proposed by PC world). Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, highly recommend using this store.

I was pleased with my first lap top repair at Eltham branch. Fair price for restoring the goods, and in short time. This time I had a complete virus shut down of my lap top, unable to access my emails. Again, in a short time and at a fair price for the work done, within 48 hrs I was reading all my emails, and was even covered free, from future virus's. Very satisfied. Bob Bedwell, Sidcup.

As always Base Computers offered me exceptional advice on the my laptop and the cheapest way forward to rectify the issues I have with it. It is obvious to me that Base Computers are a customer friendly organisation unlike the bigger organisations who it appears just want to shift box's to meet targets at the expense of the customer.

I retired from business life in 2005 but continued with consultancy work. Base Computers have given me excellent technical support at home covering my PC, printer and communications equipment since 2005 and I have found them to be efficient, very helpful and above all patient with an old man (me! )coping with technical equipment.
