BANN converted our existing storage into a second bathroom. They also changed our flooring from laminate to tiles, sanded and polished the existing floorboards, built a custom made wardrobe, added a peninsula to the kitchen (with built in fridge and freezer) and finally painted all the walls and ceiling. We had a variety of work undertaken ;kitchen re-fit, flooring, new doors and bi-fold doors fitted and shower-room refit. The work was carried out in good time, to a high standard, with all trades being well co-ordinated and reliable. James was easy to work with from initial planning to completion and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results. Following a google search for kitchen fitters in Edinburgh, we stumbled across Bann Joinery on this website. We are very happy we did! James came to view the kitchen and gave us lots of useful ideas and pointers. James and his team put up lots of new shelfing as well as a new panel in our W/C. He organised an electrician to put new power points in and finished lots of other tricky small jobs for us. As BANN Joinery and Building are members of the Federation of Master Builders we expected excellent quality and service and that's exactly what we got. He and his team are professional, hard working and reliable. Highly recommended.

Assisted with the first stage of renovating our flat which required re-wiring, removing fireplaces, replacing skirting boards etc. All at pretty short notice. Very prompt, efficient, informed and reliable- would certainly recommend to others.

My wife and I have a period home, Bann joinery, with James, and his skilled men did a superb job refurbishing our large bedroom. The craftsmen reinstated the wooden floor using wood from a small back room, replaced the skirting boards, re-hung the shutters, instated a cornice with coloured lights. The walls were skimmed to be straight enough to hang an exacting wallpaper. Throughout the project, Bann joinery and their men offered and excellent friendly service, and best of all, the bill was reasonable.

Care was taken appraising the work for boarding and plastering our ceilings, and plastering the bathroom. A fair price was estimated and the invoice matched. Trades people arrived promptly, when they said they would, and delivered a friendly professional service where nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the work was excellent, and completed within a very short time frame. Further works included joinery (window sills, architrave, skirtings), and these too were carried out to a high standard. James was always contactable, if required, the site was left immaculate at the end of each day, and there was very much a 'can-do' attitude throughout. I would recommend Bann Joinery without reservation, and I will certainly use them again. An excellent service.

They put in fitted wardrobes and made to measure two chests of drawers. Excellent workmanship. They arrived on time and worked hard and tidied up afterwards.

BANN Joinery moved kitchen services from one room to another and fitted a new kitchen, installed a new shower and re-instated an existing doorway. James great to deal with and the team were all friendly and approachable. The work is great and they did come back to resolve a couple of small snagging things that had been rushed at the end of the project and made sure we were happy with everything before invoicing etc. I would use them again.

We have just had a full kitchen re-fit carried out by BANN joinery. They were given less than a week's notice, but we were impressed by the speed, quality and professionalism of the service. The contractors were hard-working, ready to adapt, and ready to sort problems quickly and with the minimum of fuss when they arose. The project management was very good and well organised, and all the workmen pleasant and helpful (and very understanding of the children). Would fully recommend.

James and his crew fitted a new Ikea kitchen for us at our new home. We found other companies to be hesitant fitting the Ikea product, but the work undertaken by Bann Joinery was completed with minimal fuss, to a high standard, and at a good price. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending them to others.

We had a full house of new interior doors fitted. Front man James was excellent and confidence inspiring. Work was done as planned and expected. Not the cheapest quote I received, but I'd be happy to use Bann J again.
