Horrendous, bait arrived defrosted wasn't even packed properly only had 3 small freezer blocks in box second time this has happened so I phoned up to complain they were totally uninterested and accused me of living avoid at all costs waist of 80 quid.

On time, in good condition as always. Never been let down yet and would recommend to all.

Placed my first order to day, first class delivery and good quality bait, gust need better weather to go out boat fishing now.

Quality of Bait was satisfactory, service was poor re delivery. Paid for am delivery but received 12. 40pm, when opened squid and mussel had thawed, don't know about peelers as shells seemed hard, so hard to tell. ICE packs seemed to be on outside of poly chippings instead of in direct contact with bait. Would have been no probs if going fishing within next couple of days but wanted to transfer to my freezer straight away, still frozen. Have used this company before no probs, not prepared to take gamble in future, not the price of postage etc.

Done my first frozen order and was way above my expectation on quality of service and product, will be buying all my bait from here from now on!

These guys really do go above and beyond each time! Best quality frozen bait I've come accross, easily defeating all the 'leading brands' especially the sandeels, never even need elastic unless I'm casting way out. Just about to try their ragworms :).

Bit of a mix up with delivery that turned out to be my own fault. Sorted swiftly by the team. If I bought the sea pack individually from my local shop it would be treble the price. Everything in the pack was good quality. Brian from Edinburgh.

Ordered a load of gear and forgot to add something. Called them up and they put it on my order and paid over phone. Bait turned up at 8am nxt day. Frozen solid as usual. Best looking bait around. Well done all.

My delivery arrived nice and early this morning and all the bait is in tip-top condition. The delivery drivers did question if we are going shark fishing due to the weight of the two large boxes. Just over a week to go and we will be casting out prime baits into the Trondheim Fjord to bag-up on some cracking specimen cod, haddock, plaice, etc. Many thanks for the great service once again.
