Avoid this unscrupulous company - After much back and fourth and finalising a design and style of badge, Badgebase made an honest mistake and wrote the incorrect backing style on the invoice (sew-on patches rather than a pin badge). After receiving the incorrect order, I kindly pointed out that this was not what was agreed upon in the design phase (sent proof via screenshots to them of what was agreed). I was then greeted by a lengthy, ruthless email with their T&Cs stating that because I made payment, I agreed to everything on the invoice, essentially saying that because I didn't identify their mistake, there is nothing they can do. Absolutely no humility, apology, recognition or ownership of the mistake and I am stuck with a 100s of sew-on patches that were supposed to be pin badges for jackets. They patches even great quality anyway, there are many bigger and better badge companies out there, highly recommend to look elsewhere.

I'm extremely pleased with my hard enamel pins and woven patches, they look great. I wanted to split the quantity over a wide selection of designs, which was a service other companies weren't able to provide. Badgebase were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and were happy to accommodate this. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

We wanted some badges designed for specific bird names and the team were so helpful, working out the design and how best to produce them. Turned out to be brilliant. I am extremely pleased with the woven and enamel pin badges that Badgebase produced for me. I found their prices very competitive. They were willing to do whatever they could to provide customer satisfaction and I would be more than willing to ask them to produce further items should the need arise.
