Anthony fitted an SSD drive inside my old 2011 iMac and updated the Operating System. I'm now able to run later versions of Photoshop and Lightroom and other softwares that I wasn't able to run before. Thanks Anthony, Great job.

Absolutely fantastic service. I originally called for some advice on upgrading my iMac which Bad Apples was kind enough to give, however a week later my MacBook screen broke! I had a problem with my 2017 iMac, would not restart and I had not made a back-up. Used the enquiry form on the Bad Apples page and Anthony was extremely responsive and helpful, dropped my Mac off on a Thursday and he repaired, retrieved data and installed a brand new SSD by the following Tuesday. My Mac Book Pro just packed up and could not get it going again. Apple quoted me a minimum of £650to fix it but could be more. Got in touch with Anthony who was magic, he gave it the once over and hey presto it's fixed substantially cheaper than Apple. Well satisfied. I needed a new screen and new battery for my MacBook Pro. Anthony was extremely helpful and clear on what I needede to do to solve the issues.
