Where do I start…10/10 customer service! Ive bought macs before from different people and I can defo vouch this was the best. He gives you options with different prices and gives full information about them. The delivery service is also amazing - next day delivery if your not based in London. He answers every question of yours quick and with all the details with respect and honor. The mac I got was exactly how it was described with all the apps pre installed which made things 100 times easier. The prices are very affordable and I got exactly what I wanted. He also showed me every single step off the delivery which was amazing. Will defo come back to babzmacservices to buy more in the future. You won’t find better in east London ! Had an issue with my MacBook Pro in the morning, made an appointment for the afternoon and Babz fixed my laptop by the evening ! All in less than a days work, highly recommend, incredibly quick, really transparent and explains everything clearly.

I fell for this scammers gift of the gab whose cloak fell off when I called when my computer stopped working. Suddenly he was no longer the kind caring IT guy he portrayed himself to be but became aggressive violent and threatened to come around my house and beat me up like he was part of a criminal gang. Had to get the police involved. Don't touch getting involved with this person.

Great customer service. My mac book pro late 2011 was not booting up. Babz found the issue very quickly with the AMD GPU. I also wanted the install ssd. This was done quite quickly. Very efficient service at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend and a lovely chap to deal with.

Honestly the service was amazing reliable and grand I couldn't reccomend babz more to anyone he even gave me a call two days after to make sure everything was all okay and I thought that was so nice due to not many people doing that even when you'r spending ten times the ammount honestly I can't speak more highly of the survice I recived.

I purchased a refurbished IMAC on ebay. I immediately received a call checking on me that I purchased the right model for my needs. An overview consultation of my needs where taken into consideration with an upgrade offered which I appreciated. The imac arrived extremely well and safely packaged with a free upgraded graphics card, keyboard and mouse as described. As my demands increase I will make sure I contact to have any necessary servicing and upgrade. It was very good value with all the applications I needed.

Rescue and upgrade/fix service done over night in my emergency, very efficient and helpful as previously and got my mac back next day, great service, thank you.

I recently bought a MacPro 5. 1 with monitor, mouse and keyboard from BabzMac Services via Ebay. The after sales care from Babz has been nothing short of amazing. Within 15 minutes of my purchase, Babz phoned me directly to discuss the item and any queries I might have, promised to have it packed and dispatched the next day, and to send photos and a video of the packing, which he did. He sent me regular updates on it's delivery and phoned to check it had arrived safely. He is a lovely guy, a genuine enthusiast, who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells, so much so, that I bought a second monitor from him which arrived in 2 days. In 28 years of Ebay purchasing, I have never experienced such a professional and comprehensive service and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BabzMac services. Superb.

Can't speak highly enough of Babz and his services, very helpful and friendly and professional. I bought a Mac Pro which operates great, when I had minor problems (that I caused myself, it's my first Mac) he called me back straight away to help me and get me back on my way. I use my mac daily as I am a DJ. Always having taken great care of my mac, however yesterday evening my mac suddenly re-started and gave me a grey screen. I was unsure of what to do because I couldn't even access safe mode. I was pointed in the direction of Babz, and the next morning he gave me a call, diagnosed the problem and within 45 minutes had my mac back up and running with out any problems. Luckily for me this was all done over the phone making it a whole lot quicker. I can not stress how seamless the service was. I would highly recommend.
