I thoroughly enjoyed this course and found it extremely informative and helpful. The instructor covered an array of topics and was very interactive and energetic, this kept me alert and involved at all times. The Babyem paediatric first aid course is concise, easy to understand and made me feel ready to apply the skills and knowledge that I aquired in real life scenarios. Would 100% recommend.

I first approached Babyem as I wanted to get some qualification in childcare in the UK. The administrative staff was really helpful an guided me through everything that needed to be done. I followed one of their course and I enjoyed the tutor and the content. You leave the course with a head full of new knowledge.

I'm a US national and this was a fantastic route to getting accreditation in the UK. Very clear and ultimately very useful in applying to my day to day job.

We've used Babyem over the years to get our Nannies Ofsted registered. Always impressed by their customer service and the quality of their training. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I completed a boundled package for being an Ofsted registered nanny. I was happy with the content of the training but I have the impression that Babyem is short staffed as I often had to chase them (phone or email)for missing information. For instance I did not know where to go for my firt aid course 2 days before its date and had to call the office to find it out. I recieved reminders about it a day before but without the venue's address. I also experienced some petty but annoying issues with the online learning site (I completed a section but still showed as uncomplete, even though I pressed on the relevant button. When I explained the issue in an email it got resolved within 24 hours, though. The staff over the phone was also helpful and polite.

Highly recommend it. I enjoyed the training, the teacher was great with a high knowledge about all the subject. Easy to learn and catch up information.

I found the Paediatric First Aid Course very helpful, comprehensive and thorough. I particularly like the idea of having an e-learning previous to the practical course. The instructor mas great. I found Dave to be very approachable. He made us feel at ease at all times and it was really enjoyable. Excellent value for money and the service provided was very, very good. I am already spreading the word to those who need or want to take a Paediatric First Aid Course. Thanks very much, Babyem!

I was very impressed with the BabyEM courses and have completed a couple with them now. Full of information and definatly worth doing! Feeling much more equipt for this journey!

The first aid course I attended was very good, the teacher made everyone feel comfortable and the session was a good mixture of theory and practical.  E-learning materials easy to understand, and the one question I had was answered wel. My only reservation was it was a hot day, and although the training was in a nice hotel and well equipped, the room could have been a little cooler.  I’ve attended many first aid courses over the years, and this was the best training I’ve done.

The instructor was a nurse so had good credibility to carry out the first aid course. She was easy to understand, spoke clearly and put everyone at ease so I could not fault her. However the negatives were the course felt very rushed with not much practice on the practicals, there weren't many 'annies' to go around either so some of us had missed the opportunity before the next subject, the wipes were dry so tbh I couldn't clean the annies well, the defibrillator didn't work no practice on that either and also some of the students had not completed the online course prior to attending, but still received their certificates which I do not think was right.

Great course and great teacher. Highly recommend it.

I have done numerous courses through Babyem but the latest Paediatric First Aid Course was informative and good fun. The Instructor was extremely knowledgeable in this field and made the whole class feel at ease and as simple as possible to understand and remember the information he was feeding us. Worth every penny.

I have done the Common Core Skills Training last Saturday with Jackie Buckley. It was a lovely course, very interesting and informative. I have learned a lot and would highly recommend it to everyone who works as a nanny or would like to become a nanny. Thank you very much Jackie.

I attended Babyem's paediatric first aid and OCN Level 4 Maternity Nurse courses. The trainer was extremely knowledgable and the presentation wonderfully visual and also practical. The courses were extremely well organised and inspiring. I can't wait to put theory into practice! I would highly recommend Babyem as a course provider.

I have done the common core skills course and the nutrition course through BabyEm. Absolutely excellent assistant from Emma and her Trainers. The courses so far have been fantastic and I have learnt so much so far. I can highly recommend BABYEM.

The course was really helpful. Today was my first day as a nanny, and because of the course and the First aid I felt I was starting with the tools I needed. After the course I decided I wanted to do the extended paper work part, and am excited to see what else there is for me to learn.
