Away Pain Therapy offers treatments for injury, pain and Stress management. Clinics are based in central Hove and Portslade, and the therapist is also available for mobile/club and corporate work.

Kirsty holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy, which allows treatments to be tailored for specific presenting signs and symptoms, and the correct treatment modality offered based on clinical reasoning. Medical acupuncture, kinesiology taping, Joint and Spine Mobilisations, deep tissue work, injury assessment and rehabilitation home exercises are on offer.

Previous experience includes working at LONDON 2012, offering sports therapy services at numerous MARATHONS and clinical experience at London Met University's Sport Injury Clinic.

BSc Hons degree Sports Therapy, from London Metropolitan University. Clients can rest assured that they are in experienced and well qualified hands.

Kirsty offers a range of treatments for clients, including sports massage and sports therapy, remedial bodywork, Stress management massage, reflexology and Ayurvedic face massage. Kirsty works from two established therapy centres ideally located in central Hove and Portslade, and can travel for event, corporate or mobile work.

Kirsty has a loyal client base in the local area and enjoys seeing her regular clients. Always keen to meet new people and expand her client base, she is happy to discuss your personal needs or answer any questions you may have.
