Kirsty holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy, which allows treatments to be tailored to specific presenting signs and symptoms, and the correct treatment modality offered based on clinical reasoning.
Sports Therapy (to include; medical acupuncture, kinesiology taping, Joint and Spine Mobilisation, soft tissue massage, scar work and injury assessment and rehabilitation home exercises).

Kirsty offers a range of treatments for clients, including sports massage and sports therapy, remedial relaxation bodywork, TMJ and Maxofacial treatment and Scar Work Therapy.

I have suffered with posture and stress problems for a while leading to bad pain in my shoulders, neck and back. I started monthly treatment with Kirsty and the results have been very beneficial.
