I booked this company for my wedding in April'15 to take my guests on the 1 mile journey from the venue to the church for which I gave the full postal address including postcode. However, despite giving them all of the details they managed to take guests to the wrong church nearly 7 miles away. I was not happy with them on the day, and have remained unhappy at their unwillingness to accept responsibility, apologise or issue a refund. Poor service both during and after the day and poor value for money, they got their money upfront but failed to deliver in full the service for which they were booked. Do not use.

Clearly you wish to discuss your complaint in the public domain, and while we have no problem with that whatsoever, please understand that we too will be candid in our response. Regretably there was, without doubt a failing over the location of the church, and we have apologised to you profusely and offered you a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
However, we have tried very hard to make amends Because of contingencies always built into our timings, the slight delay of 15 minutes, could not have caused any delay for your Wedding ceremony All guests taken from the church to the reception venue after the nuptials, were happy with the proceedings and there was nothing to indicate any disruption to the timings of the arrangements, we left the church on time, as booked.We have at no time tried to blame you for not giving us the correct details, however, as we are being so open, the delay was owing to the Sat Nav picking up the first St. Marys Church on it's list. While we accept responsibility, having reviewed all notes taken and confirmation emails sent to us by yourself, we are unable to find anything from you to say the church was actually called_St Mary the virgin not just st marys as in your email and located 3.5 miles away not 7 !Emma we have spoken to you at length and emailed you regarding the matter. We are unable to understand how you were caused extra expense and as we say, have offered you a partial refund for any stress you feel you have suffered.We have tried very hard to address your complaint, but sadly there does seem to be no pleasing you under any circumstances whatsoever. .Moreexpand_more
