AVM Building carried out work for me in my 3 bedroomed house. Angel carried out a first class job including plastering and painting over the course of a week at short notice. He was professional, did an excellent job and was courteous and hard working. I would have no hesitation of recommending this business to anyone looking to get decoration work completed. I employed AVM to strip woodchip, skim plaster and repaint a large kitchen in september 2011. On the positive side Mr Milev was polite, friendly and tidy throughout the job and completed the work at the agreed cost. On the negative side he completely underestimated the amount of time the job would take (originally quoting 1-2 days, it actually took 5 days) despite having viewed the room before the job started. This led to difficulties in arranging access to the flat due to my own work schedule, and I felt asepcts of the job were rushed and of a poor standard as a result, for example paint was applied before the plaster was completely dry, resulting in large bubbles appearing. To be fair to Mr Milev, I did not allow him a chance to fix this as by this time I did not wish him to return. Although Mr Milev was very pleasant on a personal level I would not recommend him to others for work of this typeLouisa Pollock.

Angel did a plastering and decorating service for my mid-terraced house. He always arrived on time and equipped ready to do the job. When finished at the end of the day, he would tidy the rooms and bag all rubbish. His value was exceptional I have spent more on decorators in the past and they have not even come close to his excellent finish. Angel's communication is top notch and will regularly give you an update of what he has just done and what he is going to do next. My overall experience was brilliant and now if I need a job doing, Angel is my first point of call.

Angel and his team carried out decorating services for our house we recently moved into. 4 large rooms, paper removal, dado's removed, papered and painted. Exceptional commitment to his work with quality excellent and priced competitively. Excellent service, shows up on time, cleans afterwards and takes no food or drink, had to force them to eat & drink. Angel and his team are a breath of fresh and 100 percent trustworthy. Highly recommended and value for money.

I used AVM Building Ltd two times in the past month to do up my flats (internal decoration, painting and cleaning). Angel is a very professional and friendly gent and he ensures that all responsibilities entrusted to him are completed to the highest standard and on time. To top it all the prices are reasonable. Value for money!

I have used AVM 4 times now in the last year, if i'm honest, the first time i used them, it was down to their price. They had given me a quote for a job, that was "A LOT" cheaper, than quotes i had received from other companies. I wasn't sure of the quality of the workmanship that i would be getting considering the price difference. However the service and the workmanship was "FANTASTIC". Angel and his men gave me great service, and quality to match. I can't even begin to tell you, how much money i have saved by using AVM instead of other companies. Usually if you go with companies that save you money, it's usually at the detriment of quality and service, but not in AVM's case. I've used them for decorating external and internal, building work, roof repairs and joinery, each time the work has been carried out to a high standard and very professionally. This was the second time that we had used Angel. First time for external paintwork and this time for internal painting & decorating. Excellent price, work completed in half the time expected and no mess left. I have no hesitation in recommending Angel to others.

We had Angel in to paint our hall and to redecorate our living room. He worked extremely hard. The work was completed efficiently and to the highest of standard. To top it all off - for a very good price too. Nothing was a bother - even when I decided (after the wallpaper had been put up) that I didn't like the design. He took it down and put another one up. He was an absolute gent and was ever professional in his manner. We will definitely use AVM again. We highly recommend this company without reserve.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out by AVM Building Ltd (Angel) on my two bedroom flat. I had the whole flat repainted. The work was completed to a very good standard and I found Angel to be very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. Had these guys over to paint my house very very good price they worked very hard were there when they said they would be, were clean and tidy and only had one cup of coffee in a full day and had to make them take that. I would recomend them and have done to a few other people now. Thank you :).
