Andy, s communication prior to attending to complete the job was clear and concise keeping me informed of options and inquiries made. I had a TV system installed throughout my house during a large extension. This developed faults with poor pictures and the communication cupboard looked like spaghetti junction. Andy priced the job listing all costs individually. Andy was prompt, tidy, very efficient and professional throughout the long day ( 9 hours ) Andy does not rush and is very meticulous. Andy found time throughout the day to explain what he was doing and how it would work in a patient manner. The faults were identified and new equipment installed to total satisfaction. Andy said he would send written documentation on the system and how it worked. This arrived promptly and was easy to follow. This man gave superb service and a great price. I cannot praise him enough. He set up my home cinema and explained to me what he did and also showed me how to work the different functions on my amp. My home cinema now sounds fantastic and alot better than it did before as I had someone else set it up for me before. But I had to move it and disconnect it when I changed my lounge around and I am so glad I rang av-onicsuk. He was very polite and has even told me the best way to remove my extra meters of untidy speaker wire I had left via a email. I had been recommended AV-onics by a few different people. I wanted a sound bar for my parents who live abroad as a Xmas present. Andy was so helpful it was untrue. He listened exactly to my requirements and gave me options which were realistic rather than just trying to waffle with tech talk and sell me the most expensive like many would do. He went out of his way to demonstrate the item and delivery was super quick. Knowing the item was to be transported to France he made sure it was very well packaged. We were after a soundbar for the living room, and found AV-ONICS on Facebook. We got in touch and Andy came and did a home demo. He was informative and a great help. But not pushy, or forcing a sale. I`d recommend AV-ONICS to anyone. Good products at sensible prices.

I contacted Andy after two recommendations, all I can say is that you will not be disappointed - he has an ear, eye and enthusiasm for perfection. After visiting all of the major Home Entertainment stores I became slightly disappointed as to what I could achieve on my budget, again Andy helped me here during a home consultation and that night I received all of the details for the system to be set up and at very hard to challenge price. My system is now up and running and I can not believe the quality of the sound and picture, what I am missing though is the wires! Andy fitted freeview box and got rid of loads of ugly wires and hid the wires that were relevant. He also replaced the routsr on my P. C. Fitting it so the wires no longer visible. He came out of hours and took time to explain things to me in terms I could understand. I certainly would use him again and recommend him.

I contacted Av-onics with regard to needing a new top box. They listened to my requirements and advised accordingly! There was no 'hard sale' approach, just helpful and honest advice! Very pleased with the service and highly recommended!
