Auxillis provides market leading accident claims management services to motorists across the UK, with almost 30 years of experience.
Established in 1986, we are able to manage your initial call and assessment, online documentation, vehicle hire, delivery and repair of your own vehicle. We will coordinate, arrange and communicate with all parties involved to return you to the position you were in before the accident.
Our partners include many of the UK's major insurers, brokers and automotive sector businesses. We focus on the provision of high quality services for high volume partners. Our partnership model allows us to work closely with clients to understand their needs, and through our expertise and capabilities provide solutions that offer the best customer journey and experience.
We have an extensive fleet of over 8,500 vehicles including domestic and prestige vehicles as well as light commercial vehicles. Our network of 26 branches are based throughout the UK enabling us full coverage and the ability to provide a rapid response.
Auxillis were crowned Customer Experience Champion at the prestigious North East Contact Centre Awards 2015.
The award was given in recognition of the industry leading achievements we have made and our dedication to constantly improving the customer’s journey. At the 2016 awards, we were runners up for the Contact Centre of the Year (over 250 seats) and the Learning and Development Heroes.
