Auxillis was recommended to me by my insurance company as I had a no fault claim. They took over the claim and provided me with a like for like courtesy car for 4 weeks whilst mine was being repaired. The car came back looking like new and I received a letter a few weeks later to say the claim had been settled by the other drivers insurers. Everyone I spoke to thought-out the process was polite and answered any questions I had, and there was few. Whilst, for me, this was a completely different way of dealing with a claim, it did mean I didn’t have to pay my excess upfront and then try and reclaim it later. Overall a great service was provided by Auxillis.
Helpful communications. Agreed times were kept to and when we needed to change arrangements the process was easy and very accommodating. Hire car was delivered and collected as promised. It was clean. Some existing marks were not noted on delivery inspection but we're added by us without problems. Car collected at the agreed time without problems.
Auxillis provided me with a hire car through my insurer whilst my vehicle was off the road. The hire vehicle was a high-spec Vauxhall Corsa turbo, well maintained and almost in showroom condition on its arrival. I used this car for over two months. Every contact I had with the Company was good: delivery and collection were by friendly, helpful people, and all telephone contact was met with the same friendly helpfulness. I could not have asked for better customer service - or a better vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend them should I be asked for advice on choosing a car hire company.
I was involved in a accident and I was able to have a hire car. I was contacted by Auxillis to arrange one. I filled the form out on a Saturday morning and the car was here later that day. Brilliant service. Customer service was excellent too and answered any queries I had. Phone answered promptly and knowledgeable staff. Car was collected the day after I contacted them to let them know we didn't need it anymore. Excellent service all round.
Exceptional help from the 1st phone call to advise my vehicle had been damaged, from then on everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were very polite and slways contactable for any questions I may have had. Best service I've had in 40 years of driving.
Customer service personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Hire car arrived very promptly and was immaculately clean both inside and out. The two gentlemen who came to collect it, after my own car had been repaired and delivered back to me, were very friendly and polite. I would definitely use this company again if the need arises. Highly recommended.
Auxillis the car hire company were absolutely fantastic . Very organised my courtesy car was delivered promptly It had to be changed after a few weeks as it was due a service and another replacement was sent , stress free thank you . As far as my repair has gone on my car shocking ! .
