Auto Lock Master

Not sure whether the other reviews are from competitors but I used this guy today and he was very quick, professional, polite and got me out of a sticky situation within minutes for what I would consider a good price! Highly recommend, nice chap!

Avoid avoid avoid this man is extremely hostile, he was called to reprogram me my car key, however completely fried the black box in my car, took it home and wouldn’t give it back, the rac spoke to him over the phone as they needed the cars brain to fix the vehicle, this man ripped everything out and left me stranded, after continual arguments asking him to bring my stolen property back I had no choice to call the police, he then 3 hours later bought it back but the rac had already gone as they couldn’t work on the car without the black box, rac advised that because he’s soldered the black box he’s corrupted all files so it’s fried, the car now needs to go to a Land Rover dealership costing thousands so now I have no choice but to serve legal action as I still have no car, this man mocked me and laughed and said your the one that lost the key remember it’s your fault your cars broken with laughing emoji on text honestly avoid like the plague. Martyn is a narcissist.

Have used this company on numerous jobs and can only commend them for the work that has been carried out. Always on time, always completes the job and quality is always great. Thanks again will continue to use.

DO NOT TRUST this man! Asked for a replacement key, he turns up, produces a key that half works telling my partner he needs to come back and programme the key. She paid him in full and that's when the fun started! Trying to get him back was an absolute nightmare! 6 weeks on and I've given up! He obviously couldn't care less since he's already been paid in full. He tried saying he's made 2 attempts to come back to the property, absolute LIAR! I have 24/7 cctv and was also home when he "claimed" to have knocked the door! Moral of the story. Do not use this man, and if you're desperate and have no other alternative then make sure you don't pay a penny until the job is finished.
