Setting up that first appointment with Tracy was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Tracy is extremely flexible regarding scheduling, is great at pushing your limits, and is really a lot of fun to work with! She also knows what she's talking about when it comes to exercise and nutrition. I really look forward to our sessions.
I did a few months personal training with Tracy last year. I was slightly dubious to start with as my previous cursory experience with PT hadn't been great. From the very first meeting, Tracy not only proved to be knowledgeable but also a good listener and great motivator. Her training sessions always did push me that little bit further than I thought I could. So much so that I ended up going for a charity place for the london marathon and completing it. Her unwavering support helped through difficult. Personal times. And helped me gain the sf confidence to change a few key things in my life - much for the better. I even signed up for the Berlin marathon this year.
I have trained with Tracy since March 2008 and lost a total of 35lbs, using both their high level of gym equipment available and the Power Plate. We also embarked on a running programme which although I found incredibly tough to start with due to my lack of fitness, with Tracy's enthusiasm and encouragement, I could run 4 - 5 miles within 6 weeks of the training. Tracy is always professional and enthusiatic in her approach to the training she offers and takes great pride in carefully planning and creating achievable goals on an individual basis. I would recommend using Austin Personal Training 100%.
Having now trained with Tracy since July 2008 I have experienced significant rewards in weight loss (10kg. ), higher level of fitness, superior muscle tone and now enjoy an increased energy for life. Her focussed motivation and inspired innovation makes you complete each session exhilarated. She employs a subtle blend of new concepts with old fashioned grunt & sweat and the results are visible within a month. I would have no hesitation in recommending her unique training ability to anyone who seriously wanted to achieve their goal. Her personable no-nonsense direction will definitely get you results you seek.
I was given a series of PT session as a Christmas present at end 2008, and have been so impressed that I have kept them up ever since. Tracy adapts her methods and techniques to the individual, but never fails to encourage and push you to attain your optimum performance. This is not just about hvaing a work-out partner though - it is about advice, encouragement, inspiration and (though I never thought I would say this) fun. My aerobic fitness has increased hugely since I started, and my muscles are getting toned. The weight loss is an extra advantage - 34lb to mid May.
Tracy has been my personal trainer since January 09. More important than the weight loss is the massive improvements in general health:fat reduction, increased mobility, reduction in cholesterol levels and blood pressure and a reduced resting heart rate that I haven't seen since I was a teenager competing at national level in two sports. I'm in my mid 40's and have not been so fit since I stopped competing at the age of 21.
