Aurum's team impressed us with the stunning design of my everyday pendant that also works for special occasions. Their quality work was already familiar to us after they made our wedding rings four years ago. I treasure this pendant and plan to return it soon for matching earrings.

Andrew and his team made us beautiful wedding rings for our June ceremony. After showing us lots of examples, we chose rings with bands of platinum and gold. It means so much more to us having them made specially and thank you so much.

It was 10 years ago we used Aurum designer-jewellers to make a White Gold wedding ring for my wife to interlock with her engagement ring; Andrew did a great job in designing and making it to fit perfectly. This year I decided to get an Eternity ring (White Gold with diamonds) made to fit with both the engagement and wedding rings, once again Andrew and the team took time to discuss our needs with us, and once again, the design is perfect and fits so well. The service Andrew and his team provided was both professional and excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to use Aurum designer-jewellers, the care and attention to detail is second to none.

I well recommend Aurum Designer-jewellers as an excellent artist in ring design. I had an Australian Opal which I wanted designed in a contemporary ring with a twist of gold circling the top and an opposite twist to the bottom to remind me of the different hermispheres. The result is breath taking, having the ring circled in 18ct gold. The way the gold was sensitively wrapped around the ring was simply perfect. My ring now has great meaning for me. Andrew made two beautiful bespoke wedding rings for my husband and I. I have a very unusual antique engagement ring which needed a personalised ring to fit with it. We had a consultation meeting where we discussed all the options, during which Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and creative offering advice but also allowing me to input into the design of the ring. My husband and I are very pleased with the results and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aurum designer-jewellers.

I cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. I initially found Aurum by searching on the Internet, I wanted to have a bespoke engagement ring made, but something that was a little more unusual and personal. Aurum jumped out at me as the perfect place and I wasn't disappointed. My whole experience from the initial design to collecting the ring was excellent, and I was put at ease by the vast knowledge that Andrew and his team have. I thought that I had done my homework, however, Andrew was able to open my eyes to other design aspects that I had never considered. We purchased a 1. 85 Carat AAAA Tanzanite gemstone which we were seeking to get mounted into an engagement ring. Andrew offered us quality bespoke designer rings at value for money prices and he was more happy to work within the constraints of our budget and offer or recommend solutions in respect to both design and price. If you are seeking something different from the ordinary, something that you won’t find in the high streets, well this is the place for you. Andrew agreed to accept a deposit and pre-payment plan which suited us and what can we say about the ring except that it was truly sensational, amazing and exceeded both of our expectations. We used Aurum designer jewellers to supply our engagement and wedding rings. Andrew took a lot of time and trouble to design our rings for which we are very happy with the result. He has also taken a lot of trouble to ensure the rings have looked their best for our wedding and efficiently dealt with any minor adjustments we have asked for. We have some unique and beautiful jewellery and would thoroughly recommend Aurum.

A number of years ago I bought a beautiful opal in Australia for my wife, and as it was nearing a milestone birthday I decided to seek out a jeweller who could put it into a gold pendant shaped like a racehorse. I discussed this with a number of jewellers and eventually selected Andrew at Aurum. Right from the start he was very responsive and came up with a number of creative options. This was all done in a top secret way so that my wife would not be aware of the present. She was absolutely thrilled with the pendant and it really is a most beautiful piece of modern jewellery, in terms of both the overall style of the piece and also the way in which Andrew designed it, so that the opal balances the gold horse. This is a piece of jewellery that we will always cherish.

My then husband-to-be surprised me with one of Andrew's Flick Engagement rings, the ring was fantastic, contemporary and modern, I could not have asked for anything more. Then came the time to look for our wedding bands. For me being European, it had to be matching wedding bands - we had a certain design in mind. At the same time my wedding ring had to sit nicely with my lovely Engagement ring. So we headed back to Andrew and discussed our design, he did drawings and asked us to come along again to see a row version of the rings to set the diamonds into my ring. The Team has been incredibly patient with me, we marked the ring with a pen in order to arrange the little diamonds. Because I could not visualise them, one of Andrew's colleagues used wax and we arranged the diamonds this way to get the spacing right. I was so pleased, seeing the finished rings, they were just as we imagined them, my wedding band and the Engagement ring fit together perfect and the engraving worked out realy nice. I found Aurum while searching around the internet for contemporary and different engagement rings. After browsing their website I decided it was exactly what I was after, however being in the UK and me in Australia I wasn't sure if they would be able to work with me. I sent an email to them asking if they would be willing to ship to OZ. The response was fast and positive, we then emailed back and forth to ensure I could get the ring I wanted and they even worked with me to adjust the ring to fit my budget. On completion it was posted to me quickly and fully insured. The product exceeded my expectations and looks amazing. I would recommend Aurum to anyone that wants a special ring where the jeweler is happy to work with you to achieve your needs. It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew from Aurum.

You have made a fantastic engagement ring for my daughter-in-law, using the highest quality materials in a design she absolutely adores. The wedding rings were also specially designed for them, which are also lovely. You discussed their requirements and worked to their budget, which was really appreciated.

I have used Aurum over the last 12 months for my wife to be's engagement ring and more recently our wedding rings. From my initial contact with Andrew, as a typically ignorant male with no knowledge, he has constantly given me useful guidance and accommodated me where-ever possible. The service provided has been professional and courteous throughout and rings! Again knowing fairly little i did not realize the quality until my fiancee got her finger on it and started showing it off! Thanks Aurum and thank you Andrew.

I think it is fair to say that when looking for jewellery for someone you love, particularly if it is an engagement ring, you hope for that something to be special and, quite often, unique. I fell in love with the Aurum flick rings before I was even actively looking for an engagement ring and in the months that followed as I searched through many many jewellers for something I felt was special enough to propose with, it became abundantly clear that nothing came close to the Aurum ring's originality. I found the service to be extremely professional. The price is perhaps in some people's eyes a little expensive but it is very much a case of paying for what is throughout a consumately expert experience and product. The finished ring I purchased was stunning. I proposed only three nights ago and my now Fiancee agrees that she has never seen a more exquisite piece of jewellery. It definitely added to the sense of occasion to be able to propose with such a ring. I was looking for quite a while for a ring for my now fiancée, I knew she wanted a marquise diamond and couldn't decide on platinum or gold, so when I found Andrew's signature flick design in both platinum and 18ct rose gold I knew she would love it. I gave Andrew and his team a bit of a tight schedule to work to! However I never felt rushed into making any decisions. I live quite a way from the Aurum store, but through emails and over the phone Andrew helped me in selecting a suitable diamond and finalising the design to meet my requirements and budget. Sure enough the ring arrived on time for me to be able to propose on our anniversary and it blew us both away! My fiancée loved it and it fit perfectly! Although Andrew did offer to re size it if it we needed to. For the one to one service and quality of the finished ring I can only commend Aurum.
