I am a Nutrition Advisor covering all aspects of Nutrition, whether that be for Lifestyle, Specific Medical Conditions, Sports of all descriptions and all religious beliefs.

All of the Meal Plans supplied are bespoke and for the individual client. I never repeat a plan for anybody else, as each client has there own goals, work life, social life and activity parameter.
All of these factors are taken into context when the Plans are prepared, so there are no 'One Plan Fits All' situations.

There are in depth initial consultations to 1) Establish if you would feel comfortable working with me.
2) Cover all your current dietary habits over a 7 Day period.
3) A detailed Health Questionnaire would need to be completed to cover all of your current Health and Medical criteria, plus to also establish your overall lifestyle as it is currently.
