We booked a large vehicle to take 7 people to and from Gatwick Airport for our summer holidays. Having not used them before, we were a little concerned that any problems would spoil the holiday. We need not have worried, from the initial information request, Nick and the team were excellent with their communication. Even with a 4:50 am start for the trip down, everything was fine. We had a text from the driver the day before and received updates on the day until he pulled up at the door. Both drivers were excellent, smart, polite and considerate drivers allowing us to relax both on the way to and from the airport. The communication throughout the trip was very good and we would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone else. We will book them again if we need an airport transfer again.

My daughters wedding was a special day for her and, having been dressed for the occasion, we were met by a sparkling limo with coloured ribbons (as requested) and a chauffeur who couldn't do enough to make the journey as stress free as possible (well done Robin). The car was everything we could have wanted and the chauffeur was first class. Starting out in such circumstances certainly added to the days events. Thank you. (Sorry, I'm still awaiting the photographs from the main photographer as no one else managed to get one that included the car).

Aura provided the wedding cars for our big day. From our first meeting communication was excellent. The price was very reasonable when compared to other companies. The drivers on the day were first rate. They were very relaxed and calm and nothing was too much trouble. The cars looked beautiful and were immaculate. They were bang on time and were extremely comfortable to ride in. I would unreservedly recommend this company and will certainly use them again myself.

Very professional, reliable service with lovely, luxurious cars. We have used used Aura for long journeys to airports and back from Southampton cruise terminal. We've requested a stop along the way occasionally and it's never been a problem. In fact, I get the door opened and closed for me! Lovely, smartly dressed drivers. I use this service from Australia for my Mum travelling from home to Heathrow each year. The service is exemplary and communication, even though 10 hours in front of the UK, is always prompt. Mum experienced a delay of over 11 hours this trip and it was great knowing that Aura Journeys were waiting for her at Heathrow. Recommended unreservedly.

To date I have used this company for airport transfers and to convey my elderly mother to her holiday venue. All trips have been entirely satisfactory. Wedding cars booked (3 cars overall), excellent prices for an excellent service provided which included decorations and a luxury feel to it. The drivers were very professional, and no trip was discarded (came back and forth for wedding party etc. ). A* all the way. Keep up the good work.

We used Aura for both my Hen party and the wedding, The service was second to none. The drivers on both occassions were well presented, professional and polite. They went out of their way to make the day special. Time keeping was exemplary, the car was clean well presented and emaculate in all asspects. The service was five star. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them.

The driver was on time, polite and smartly dressed. He had to change drivers at a service station on the way but this didn't delay us. The second driver was also smartly dressed helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to eat and drink in the car. The driver dropped us off as close to the stadium as possible and managed to avoid getting stuck in the queue of traffic for too long on the return journey. All in all an enjoyable comfortable trip which added to our day.
