I pre-booked online via minicabit, Price was the cheapest compared to the rest. I Ordered a 9 seater, driver arrived 30mins early, waited for me inside Heathrow with name tag. Driver was friendly but kept on texting me to see where I was even after I told him I have landed and inside claiming baggage, I was delayed coming out of customs by 50mins over my booking time. I received a text saying "you free 30mins waiting time is over and will be charged £5 for every 15mins. This was a surprise to me I was expected to pay an additional £10 and was told to also pay for parking charges. I was annoyed and call the office to complain and then the reception said to only pay for waiting time and not the parking. Driver was annoyed for waiting for me but it was out of my hands and things like this do happen. I was unsure how long I was going to be so my final charge could have been limitless. Car was spacious and I did have more luggage than initially described. But this was OK with the driver. Overall I'm just glad to have come home safely and didn't care any more and just paid the extra. Watch out for waiting CHARGE always book at least 2 hours after landing to avoid them waiting charges. ITS NOT FIXED PRICE LIKE THEY SAY.Moreexpand_more
Response : We have fixed prices from A to B journeys and there are additional charges applies on extra waiting time and extra pick ups or drop offs. As a responsible cab company we advice all our passengers to request a car after one hour of flight landing as this is the average time for a passenger to go through immigration and to collect luggage. For business class and hand luggage only passengers pick up time is after 30 minutes of flight landing. Absolutely the worst car service. Avoid by all means. We prepaid the transfer from Gatwick, but upon our arrival on time no driver was there. When we called them to complain no refund was offered and the waiting time for the next car was 75 minutes.
Response : We send several emails requesting flight number. You called after landing demanding a car. Without flight details to monitor, We can not dispatch a driver. Our records shows, A driver picked you up within 60 minutes. That's how long it takes drivers to come from Harrow to Gatwick.

DON'T TRUST! Absolutely rip off! Drivers can't communicate through the phone properly. I was not aware that there were extra charges to meet the driver. It costs £8 additional for driver to come into the arrival for pick up and £5 to meet them at the carpark. Wow. If I had known I would have just booked with Kabbee instead!
