Aspire HR Ltd provides leadership training and coaching support to enable managers to fulfil their potential and develop their business. You may once have been the technical expert and now you lead people - making that transition can be tough!
I support leaders by training them in the people skills needed to get the best from their teams.

My corporate coaching focus is on development and career management with leaders at all levels, as a catalyst for business change and personal success.

Based in Hampshire, Aspire HR Ltd can travel to clients throughout the UK as required, with coaching services also available via telephone, Skype, and Zoom.

The company is owned and managed by Angela Thorburn, a senior HR professional, qualified coach and leadership trainer and with 18+ years experience in the HR/Learning and Development field as an HR practitioner gained in private and public sector organisations.

With expertise and experience as a business leader and HR/Learning professional - we know managing people is not easy! We also understand the support required at different stages of career transition.

We can provide a review of your current training and development provision, support you with a new framework to develop your people leaders and support you with designing and delivering bite-sized or full programmes in HR/people skills (such as Absence, Performance, Interviewing) in addition to Leadership skills (planning, delegating, communication, developing teams).

We also offer Business/Executive coaching services which can facilitate improved performance and ultimately business results from your leaders.

Diploma in HR Management.

Accredited Senior Coach - International Association of Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPCM).
