I had been struggling with debilitating back pain that significantly impacted my weightlifting performance at the gym. After a thorough consultation with the massage therapist, I decided to book a block of seven sessions. Together, we created a tailored strategy to help release the muscle tightness I was experiencing. In the first three sessions, we focused on various stretching techniques drawn from yoga and Thai massage to assist my body in recovering. The following two sessions shifted to a more therapeutic approach, incorporating deep tissue massage. This allowed us to access deeper layers of muscle tension, and I learned how to use breath work to enhance the release of tightness. I’m happy to say that I am now pain-free!
