About ASC Advanced Surface Cleaning
Advanced Surface Cleaning are a well established and reliable company, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, covering the North East.
This company specialise in high pressure and steam cleaning and also sealant application services for both interior and exterior surfaces, including all types of paving, patio and driveway, wood decking, brick and stonework, ceramic tiles and grouting, shower cubicles and laminate or linoleum flooring.
Driveways and patios are deep cleaned with specifically designed high power rotary jet cleaning equipment, eradicating any moss and weeds from within the joints and removing the layer of grime on the surface, this dramatically improves the overall appearance of the paving leaving it looking bright and clean with a consistent finish.
Once dry, a kiln dried sand is brushed into the joints (when appropriate) this is necessary to stabilise the block paving, and provides that 'just laid' finish.
Optional sealants and long term weed killers are also available when appropriate, which when applied prevents the return of weeds up through the joints for as long as possible. Sealants also provide protection against surface discolouration, stains from oil etc and the effects of weathering on the surface.
Interior surfaces such as ceramic tiles and grouting are treated with various detergents depending on the nature of the staining then deep cleaned with industrial steam cleaning equipment, removing all grease, mould and grime on the surface and restoring the original finish. The area is then treated with a fungicide to kill 99.9% of germs and bacteria.

Really Happy with the job done by ASC. Scott runs a very professional company, which has pride in its work, its is excellent value for money good competative price, Scott was very honest and did everything on the time as promised, and left everything spotless. I am thrilled to say the least with how my block paving has cleaned up, it looks like new, i was also very impressed with the efficiency and quality of service, all our windows and pvc wash cleaned of any splashes, Scott was very friendly and gave us some great advice about maintaining our paving, we have paid a more expensive price to other company's in previous years and the results were no where near as good. 10/10 Thank you.

I am ecstatic with how my block paving looks after i had it cleaned and sealed by Scott at ASC. My drive had been down for 13 years and was in a terrible state. He was very polite and informative and went out of his way to help me, even disposing of some old rubbish i had in the yard.
