With over 20 years experience in the Domestic Appliance repair business, Arrow Electrics offers reliable, friendly and great value repairs of all domestic appliances to customers throughout North Lancashire and the Fylde. Established in 1990, the business is situated in Grimsargh (Preston).
The company is managed by Nick Cowell who has been involved in the domestic appliance repair market for over 20 years. Nick Cowell is more than able to take good care of the company, having previously worked under the guidance of his father who has been in the trade for over 50 years Self employed.
Helping people to get kitchens running smoothly again throughout the year, the company provides home owners and tennants with a professional repair service. With two vans and fully qualified staff, the service is designed to get the local poeple of Preston and the Fylde up and running as soon as possible.

From the lady who took my call to the engineer who fixed my dishwasher, both friendly helpful and professional. The engineer came when he said he would and had fixed the problem within the hour and charged a fair and reasonable price. Top quality service all round and will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Our dishwasher developed a fault that blew its fuse. One phone call to Arrow Electrics made an appointment and the engineer arrived on time and did the job. The total cost, inc VAT, was less than the NEFF call-out charge would have been. The engineer was friendly and polite and really we could not have had better service! Thankyou Arrow.

Nick is very friendly and helpful he has carried out two repairs to a washing machine of ours both jobs have been efficiently dealt with prompt service, fair price. He has also given me advice over the phone twice as to how to fix something simple for no charge which underlines his great customer service.

I called out Arrow electrics becuase I thought the heating element on my washer was faulty. Two very nice chaps came and tested the washer and found no fault explaining that washers these days were designed to wash at low temps and because they dont use as much water, you cant feel the glass door getting hot. They could have fitted a new one and charged me and I would have been non the wiser. Highly recommended! (hope they can n ow fix my oven that has definately packed up today! ) I will review that at a later date.

I had a problem with my dishwasher and called arrow electrics who i found through this site, free index. The lady on the telephone was very professional and polite and booked me in for a call out the very same day. The engineer came and quickly diagnosed the fault, told me a price (No call out charge, which is great), and completed the job brilliantly. I am one very happy person tonight. No washing up. Would definately use Arrow again.
