DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered 7 lintels from Armstrong Cheshire with a 3-5 day delivery time. Received a call to say it’ll be more like 10 so delivery was scheduled for a Wednesday 16th of November 24. Nothing arrived so called and was told Thursday. Again nothing, then told Friday and again nothing. I then asked for tracking and an update which they couldn’t give me but was assured by the manager Wayne that he was on the case. They then began lying to me and stopped answering my calls and emails. I tried on multiple occasions to call using my number which was unanswered so I got my wife to call which was answered immediately. Dishonest, procurement company that are not a merchants. I had a terrible experience with a company that I believe should not be in business. I paid £75 for a fixed delivery on a specific date due to construction work. Unfortunately, they missed the delivery and when we called, they promised to call us back but never did (also the emails had no responses either). We made three more calls and received the same message. After 1. 5 weeks of delays, Simon W. Finally called and promised to deliver the order in two days along with a £50 refund. However, the order was never delivered as promised. We made more calls and this time Reanne promised to deliver the order in two days but did not mention the refund. Their excuse was that everyone was on holiday, and nobody could proceed with the orders. It was frustrating that they made it our problem. In summary, this company is a waste of time and money and full of liars. I am still waiting for the refund to cover the three weeks of delays and it is not £50.Moreexpand_more
