Armason is a UK-based data centre and AI infrastructure advisory firm. We operate at the coordination layer of the market - connecting land, power, capital and compute for operators, developers and investors across the UK, EU, MENA and US.

The data centre and AI infrastructure market is growing rapidly, but the pipeline is constrained. Finding viable sites with power in place, securing grid connections, navigating planning, and deploying capital are workstreams that have traditionally been managed separately. The result is a market where capital is abundant but execution is the bottleneck - where projects stall not because demand is absent, but because the infrastructure required to serve it isn't converging fast enough.

Armason resolves that. We hold active positions across the infrastructure ecosystem - tracking power availability and grid connection status at asset level, maintaining relationships across the operator, developer, and investor community, and providing the coordination that turns pipeline projects into completed transactions.

Our USP is straightforward: we have sites available now with land secured and power in place. For operators and investors with near-term deployment requirements, that means the two primary constraints - land and power - have already been resolved.

We work across the full stack: site identification and acquisition, power procurement and grid connectivity, planning advisory, capital introduction, and ecosystem partnership. We are agnostic in our relationships and work for the benefit of all parties.
