I locked myself out of my house this morning. After calling ARM locksmith, they came out and rescued my very promptly. I would highly recommend them.

New lock to front door and patio doors after Tennant had moved. Used arm locksmith for many years on my properties. Polite and always done an excellent job and at speed. Never been let down on any Job. R Robertson. .

I cannot speak highly enough of the simply excellent service this company gave me. They were called to fix a broken window at my house, not being told that the front of the building had been badly damaged by a car. Undaunted they set about shoring up the falling down wall, removing the broken glass and debris from outside and inside the house (even to the extent of picking up furniture and sweeping underneath), then finally securing my house by boarding up the entire front even though this was mostly beyond their remit. Wonderful people, wonderful service. Cannot thank them enough.

Had a dilemma with a property I was about to complete sale on. The man I spoke to at ARM was patient and really helpful. Scheduled an emergency appointment for me, which in the end I did not need, so cannot comment on quality of work. But the professionalism and helpfulness was amazing. Would not hesitate to use.

I was recommended to Mike by a friend who had used him to sort an old lock in a guide hall. I had been told that the broken lock in my patio door could not be replaced and I would have to spend £900 on new doors. Mike arrived with no call out fee, told me that the lock was obsolete but he would see what he could door. He visited me 3 times with 3 different types of locks and handles, spent over 4 hours remaking the locks to fit the door and left me with a fully working patio door and would only charge me for one lock and one fitting charge. The service he provides was second to none and the type of tradesman I didn't know still existed. A really lovely man and I would recommend him to anyone without a moments hesitation Karen.

Can't rate these guys highly enough! My husband lost keys, we had builders coming and going so front door wide open for days. Could have been taken so called in ARM. Round they came changed the lock, no charge he said wait till builders go and house back to norm! Then keys might turn up! Two days after builders left keys turned up! Arm came back changed locks back and still no charge! Awesome immense! That's great customer service 100% recommend everytime.
