I wanted support and advice to help motivate me to go to the gym regularly and I felt I didn't need face-to-face personal training (which I have done before at my gym) so I signed up for Arland's Online Personal Training service. Arland created an interesting and varied program tailored to suit my needs (knee problems) and my goals, and it got me straight back into the gym 3 times a week and has kept me exercising regularly for the 10 months that I have been doing Online PT. The weekly check-ins with Arland on phone/email are very useful and he has always been happy to adapt my program as needed. Workouts are set up and ticked off in a mobile app that is easy to use and has videos that show the technique. I also made use of Arland's running training program when I decided to have a running-related goal. Having only run on a treadmill and never taken part in any kind of running event he helped me to train for an outdoor 10K. The running training program successfully improved my speed and endurance, and I completed the 10K in a much faster time than I thought I was capable of. I have also gone on to complete a challenge of running a total of 130km in one month, which is a huge achievement for me. I’ve just completed my first month of online personal training with Arland and it’s been great. He really understands what I wants to achieve and has created a programme that I can fit into my week - so it feels both manageable and impactful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a PT.
Arland is an approachable and fun guy who has a notable passion for health and fitness. He has put together a great program for me which fits into my lifestyle. Arland and I have regular chats to tailor my workouts from week to week.

Really well thought out gym sessions, using a range of different techniques! Arland is approachable and listens to me, creating a plan that worked on aspects of my body that I have previously struggled with as well as taking into consideration previous injuries. Highly recommend! I have previously found training sessions with other trainers boring and repetitious, Arland has been a breath of fresh air. Thanks for all the help.
