Mak was very responsive and did his best to help me out. He wasn't able to find a policy that met my needs in the end (I had unusual requirements) but even after we realized that he was still a useful source of advice and help. And on the weekend at that! Recommended!

Do not use them out of date computer systems taking your information then twist to lower quote once you accept the quote decide your informion isn’t correct and then hold you to random hiking your premium up stay away.

Was previously with Direct line for our home insurance, called up Arkwright as they had been recommended. Spoke to someone and explained what I needed and he gave me a quote straight away that was close to 3 times less than direct line. No complaints with the service and would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Staff were aragont and unprofessional Every time you asked them a question they would put you on hold forward you to another person was told on few occasions will get call back never did prices they were qouteing were to high.

Dont really think about using a Broker, tend to go on the internet and see what we can find, however was very surprised. Great service and you actually get to speak to someone who understands you. Walked away with an insurance policy at a fantastic price. HAPPY.
