Arcadia Rug Spa is a local family run business, Based in Hartford, Cheshire. We are central to the whole of Cheshire with easy access. We have a dedicated Rug Cleaning unit that can accommodate every type of rug for a thorough deep clean by Derek and Sian West who are highly trained in rug cleaning and restoration.

Derek and Sian have been in the cleaning industry for 20 years and set up their very successful Carpet cleaning business Arcadia Cleaners back in 2008, Our customers have always asked if we had a way of really cleaning their rugs properly and in 2016 we set Arcadia Rug Spa a dedicated rug cleaning unit set up with specialist rug cleaning equipment for a truly thorough cleaning experience.

We are to cater for all types of rugs. From machine made woven rugs to hand knotted oriental pure silk rugs. We fully inspect and assess each rug and determined the safest cleaning procedure for that rug. We love all types of rugs Sian loves to ID rugs and find out as much as she can about them. Derek has years of knowledge about fibres, construction and the chemistry behind cleaning products and stain treatments.

You will only ever deal with either Derek or Sian as a husband and wife team we take great pride in our work and customer service from start to finish.

Derek and Sian are members of Woolsafe and TACCA, We are trained to the highest standards in the country and keep up to date with our training.
