Aquarcare

I purchased my aquarium from Richard (Aquarcare) approximately three years ago, I maintained it myself for several years but I have now moved it to my business premises (SC Autos) and felt that it needed to be maintained proffesionally, the difference in its appearance is amazing, it has never looked better, it is situated in my customer waiting room/office and all my customers comment upon how good it looks. I would highly recommend Aquarcare to anyone who wants their aquarium to look as good as mine!

I contacted Aquarcare after my aquarium sprang a leak. Looking for advice on moving my fish, and for a replacement tank, I was grateful that Aquarcare (Richard) arrived at my home the following day with a new tank. Within 2 hours he had setup the new tank, and transferred all the fish and plants etc, giving advice on care of the aquarium. He made great efforts to ensure water was kept from dripping on carpets, and cleaned up before he left. Great service.

We initially contacted Richard by e-mail as we were experiencing problems with our pond. We received a very speedy reply and free advice. We then requested a home visit. The service we received was excellent and value for money. Richard was very personable and happy to share his expertise. What we especially liked was that he explained why the problem had arose and he was happy to offer guidance so that we could undertake pond maintenance jobs in the future ourselves if we wished to do so. We would definately recommend him to other pond keepers.

When our pond sprung a leak Richard came out the same day and rescued the koi by putting them in a paddling pool in the garage! He later fitted a new liner, pump and filter for us and the fish are now happily back in a nice clean pond. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs expert advice and service. Our pond looks so very much healthier now after Richard cleaned and sorted it out! Richard gave us great tips and they were so effective the the blanketweed is getting less and less. There is great attention to detail and the service is superb, so good we have asked Richard to maintain our pond twice a year! We can thoroughly recommend him!
