Mark provided a first class service following a recomendation from a Structural engineer. Mark kept us fully informed at every stage of the job and because of this I went for a full re-membrane and Baton. Mark took photos of extra issues he had spotted whilst on the roof which we agreed to have dealt with given this extra service. The quality of the strengthening work, which mark discussed with the engineer to save me time and effort helped to make the project smooth from start to finish (panther scaffolding were also very good in terms of the service provided through mark).

Arranged a date instantly, kept me informed of when he would be arriving etc. Very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend and use again.

We contracted Mark for a gutter cleaning job well over a year ago, we then asked him to repoint ridges on three houses, we have waited so long to review to see how the pointing weathered and it is still perfect. We have also used him to re-roof our garages and again another great job, happy to recommend a good trades man!

Aqua-Proof roofing replaced the lead gullies and repointed the ridge tiles on a section of hip roof on our three storey building to repair a leak. Mark did a great job, he was clear in describing the options available for addressing the problem and the cost difference, then did a top-notch job of completing the work, thank you.

Mark was crystal clear about the work the price and the timescales and was spot on with all of these. This time they repointed the chimnies, repotted and capped them, sealing the brickwork and the cement work. They guys are pleasant and totally trustworthy to hold keys etc. Very honest and straight down the line and the standard of work is spot on. This is the second time we have used Aqua Proof and I can recommend them highly.

Our house is the end of a terrace and we have the only downpipes from the gutters, which had got blocked. Mark's company sorted the problem for us, cheerfully and efficiently, for a very reasonable price. We were very impressed and will be using them to re-point the tiles on the roof ridge, for us and our neighbours. Five stars !

Replacement of broken tile on main roof under ridge tile. Mark, his colleague and the scaffolder they used were prompt and polite and left the area clean and tidy. Mark was also kind enough to fit me in quickly as he knew I was worried about the missing tile. The work is of good quality and has a 10 year guarantee. Compared to so many awful experiences I have had with workmen in the past, my experience with Aqua-Proof was very positive and I would definitely use Mark again for any roof work in the future.

Mark and Graham did an excellent job installing a new conservatory roof for us. The original roof was glass and they replaced it with a synthetic slate tile. This was not a standard job for them as they had to firstly remove the heavy glass panels and then build a timber structure for the tiles. The work was carried out to schedule. The result is fantastic! The conservatory is south facing and was basically unusable most of the day. We now have a room that we will be able to use all year round. Mark and Graham were very professional in their work and they always left the place tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them.

Mark has a very professional outlook and gave an honest estimate to complete the works and revised this once he was able to inspect the roof. He gave sound advice and communicated this well. Everyday onsite was left tidy and clean once work was completed. He worked through some of the worst weather too. Highly recommended.

Aqua-Proof provided a quote on the understanding that the work needed to be completed within two weeks. Having accepted their quote, they prevaricated and made endless promises as to start time eventually not bothering to even reply to a request for confirmation of yet another promised start. We wasted three weeks simply being messed around. They seem very personable and straight but, in practice, totally unreliable.

I had a problem with the front gulley on my roof and contacted Mark based on a recommendation and his quality reviews. He and Troy fitted rubber membrane the length of the gulley, and also capped the coping stones. I have been very impressed by their manner, their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I was also pleased to find out about rubber solutions which seems a good idea, and more environmentally friendly. I would definitely use Aqua-Proof Roofing again and are pleased to recommend them. All the work was done as promised, quickly and efficiently.

I used Aqua-proof to replace some coping stones on my roof. I live in a terraced house and we had water coming into the bedroom. Mark was very good, he gave me a few options and his prices were competitive. Very tidy job and the leak has stopped! Would use them again.

Aqua-Proof Roofing fitted a new flat roof onto my garage after wind damage had destroyed the previous roof. Excellent job - couldn't have been better - arrived on time, worked hard and long hours (until it was too dark to see anything any more), and left my garage immaculate - it's never been so clean! Rain delayed things slightly so instead of having a break they took the time to fix my decking for me instead. Amazing! :). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to have any work done.

We had a small leak in our lean to at the back of our house. Mark's quote was comparative with others but his customer service and quality of explanation was much better. The work was done when expected, the site was tidied up very well afterwards and it was clear any issues would be attended to if they arose. Very impressive and we would use them again. Aqua roofing have completed work on various types of roof across our last and current properties, flat roof, valley gutters, replacing ridge tiles, lead and a slate roof. All work was carried out very well, at a fair price and nice people to deal with. I will have no hesitation in recommending them.

Called early on a Saturday morning and Mark turned up later that afternoon. Following terrible wind overnight one of my soffits had dislodged itself and fell out during the night, breaking upon impact with the floor. Being a rented property there wasn't much Mark could do without approval from the landlord but what he was able to do to resolve the issues temporarily has certainly calmed my fears. I would have no issue recommending him to my landlord to fully resolve the issues or to any one else who may have an issue with their roof. Excellent value for money, Reliable and remarkable service.
