I watched the excellent ATS "how to" videos on You Tube and decided to order some Samsung spares for a DIY repair. ATS recommended and dispatched the spares which were received in good order and time. Whilst replacing the parts I hit a snag and one phone call to the ATS engineer he was able to advise how to get round the issue. Fast and friendly service.

Had appliance technical out this weekend to fit a new door seal to my hotpoint washing machine , engineer was very knowledgeable and certainly new his stuff. Would recommend.

Engineer ally called out today and repaired my dryer . Needed a new element he had one in van so dryed sorted first time I usually have to wait on spares so I was well impressed that ally had part in stock this is 2nd time ive used appliance technical an! Both times they have been good . I dont have any problems recomending this applaince repair company . Ps forgot to mention office staff were great as well. Davy.
