Anthony Webb Estate Agents

A property came to the market with Anthony Webb on 21 January 2021. I telephoned them to make an appointment to view the property and the team were not particularly helpful and mentioned that the seller may not want viewings because of covid. I then asked why is the property on the market. After my stance the appointment was booked for 24 January (3 days after my call). On 23 January (2 days after my call) Anthony Webb called me to say the property had been sold and my viewing had been cancelled. This smells very fishy! Aren't agents supposed to at least try to achieve the highest possible price and encourage some competition? No wonder people do not trust estate agents.

Recently used Anthony Webb for the sale of my house, found their knowledge of the North London market second to none and helped me achieve the best price, they also kept me informed through the whole process and didn't mind answering my questions however naive, I am first time seller:).

Anthony Webb dealt with my recent letting and was both professional and efficient. I was out of the country at the time and they dealt with everything from the viewings of the property to the issue of the contract all in my absence. I am also very appreciative of the obvious effort Tony puts into so many local events helping to keep the community feel of Palmers Green and Southgate alive.

Only great things to say about Tony and his team at Anthony Webb, came highly recommended by friends who've used them over the years for renting or selling in the area.

Anthony Webb have done an excellent job managing and letting properties I own. Compared to other agents they have consistently let my properties without a rental void. They have a good source of clients available who are looking to rent and charge reasonable prices for the service they provide. A great, friendly, local estate agent I would recommend to others.
