Answer It are an invaluable support service to our business. They give us peace of mind that all our calls will be answered in a professional manor and messages promptly passed on to us. Our clients were unaware we were using an answering service so I think this speaks for itself. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.
Great service has really helped us out, feedback from clients is that call handlers are friendly and courteous, no complaints whatsoever. Messages that come through to us are quite detailed, more than we were expecting which is really good. I think Answer-It's service does represent good value and having calls not going straight to answerphone is ideal as we had previously lost potential clients as some people don't want to leave a message on the answerphone, however they will leave a message with the answering service.
Answer-It have provided a very good service to my company over the past 12 months or so and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Although the volume has been quite light, I have received very good feedback from customers on the professional and courteous way in which they were handled.
It's not always easy to get to get concise and correct messages, nor filtering out the cold calls and time wasters, but Emma and her team at Answer-It achieve all of this, very well. They act as an invisible additional member of your team, at a cost effective price, allowing you to be away from office with the confidence that your calls will be answered, and most importantly, the caller will never know that it wasn't your office taking the call.
We used Answer-it for around 3 months as we had a gap between receptionists. As a not-for-profit we were particularly focussed on value for money, as well as providing a good professional service to our members and other callers. The service they provided was great. They were very accommodating about instructions from us in terms of an answering flowchart. Feedback we have had is that they were professional and helpful in answering our phone. The messages we were sent through via email were concise and allowed us to get on with our jobs, rather than constantly answering the phone. We have now hired a receptionist and therefore are ending the service, but would recommend them to all small businesses looking for a professional and helpful service. Answer IT has provided a fantastic service for our business over the last 6 months. As a small consultancy with a large number of clients and no receptionist, having a professional person at the end of the phone to take calls and relay messages when we are in meetings or offsite is imperative to avoid client frustrations of not being able to get through to us personally. We are a small legal practice that has been using Answer it services for about year an half. I have been particularly impressed by the way all queries are dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner and all urgent calls put though if absolutely necessary. Our clients sometimes don’t speak fluent English or have a long foreign names none of which has been an issue for the team at Answer it. Highly recommended.
Answer it has been a fantastic value for money alternative to employing a part time person. Messages are relayed promptly by email and clients have no idea they are not employed as a member of staff. Cost is less per month than a days salary. Thoroughly recommend them!
Very handy service for me as a busy Physiotherapist. I used to miss calls when in with clients, but now I don't miss any new enquiries as Answer It take a message and I call them back when I'm free. A new client is between £45. 00 and £50. 00 to me for just the first session, and Answer It's monthly bill is in this region, so it more than pays for itself. My partner also uses Answer It in her busy recruitment company - her invoice is much more than I pay due to the larger volume of incoming calls, but she is hapopy too.
