The guest house is located just a few minutes walk from local parks and beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, great nightlife and local transport links. Free parking is available right outside and is just a few minutes walk from the Tyne and Wear Metro (train), South Shields bus station and the South Shields ferry terminal.
All rooms have double-glazed opening windows complete with black-out roller blinds, individual temperature controls, study desk with lamp, memory foam mattresses, flat-screen tv's, free wireless internet, alarm clock, refreshments tray, hairdryer and big soft towels.
A full English breakfast is freshly cooked to order from 6. 30am seven days a week and guests are offered the use of a fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Special diets (gluten/wheat-free, milk-free, Vegan, Vegetarian etc. ) are catered for by prior arrangement.
