When we saw Annamarie's work we knew she was the photographer for us. Her composition, use of depth of field, framing and lighting is so considered. Not only does she have all of these important skills but, she also managed to capture so many moments of emotion and the entire atmosphere of our day as well as some great portraits. She helped me work out timings to ensure we got all the shots we wanted and made welcome suggestions. Even though we had an informal wedding this planning is so important as you get so caught up on the day and lose all track of time. She was so organised that she was flexible enough to move our family photos around because she felt the vibe was good during our Prosecco and canapes and didn't want to interrupt. Annamarie also came up with spontaneous ideas such as whizzing us outside once it was dark to get a shot of us in silhouette, the result was fantastic. Annamarie has done a couple of photoshoots for me now. The first was one to capture some photos of me and my then 2yr old boy together as I just didn't have any. We chose a local park and lake as the setting and her energy and enthusiasm throughout the photoshoot made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable for both of us. The second was a small shoot for just my boy at Christmas. She managed to make a little boy who had been rolling around on the floor in a tantrum just minutes earlier look positively angelic! I was absolutely thrilled with the pictures I got from both shoots and would thoroughly recommend Annamarie. She's captured some wonderful memories for me to treasure.

What can I say, not only are we extremely happy with the photos we had a great time on the shoot. The pictures were amazing, we have had so many great comments about them. Annamarie's ability to work with us (with toddler), light and environment with ease and creativity impressed me no end, so much so I have recommended her to all our friends and would only use her when wanting professional photography done. A true talent, I feel lucky to have found, I just wish we had before our wedding!

'we had met a few photographers before we met Annamarie, but I wanted something a little different…. I wanted someone whose photography style reflected and understood the theme I was aiming for…… I also wanted relaxed photo’s that captured the fun and showed the emotion. I didn’t want my guests to have to pose for lots of photo’s either. As soon as I saw Annamarie’s website, I knew I had to meet her. She gave us exactly what we wanted and more. It’s like she read my mind! And I can treasure those beautiful images forever. She was amazing and great company on the day too!

Annamarie was recommended to us while we were researching wedding photographers and as soon as we saw her website we knew she would capture the day and all the eccentricities of the venue and vintage style perfectly. After speaking to her on the phone she was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and did such an amazing job. We were a bit nervous about the pre-wedding shoot but it turned out to be really fun and helped us feel at ease in front of a camera so we were less nervous on the day, which made a real difference. It’s been so lovely getting to know her, she really cares about her clients and I've been telling people about Annamarie ever since!

We contacted Annamarie after seeing her beautiful photos for another wedding that had been held at the same venue we had chosen. Initially we intended to interview many photographers, however after our first Skype meeting we knew that, that would not be necessary, as we clicked immediately. Annamarie has a very special talent of making people feel completely at ease and natural, both of us felt apprehensive about showing intimacy and emotion in front of the camera, but Annamarie dispelled all of that. On our wedding day she got all the important moments beautifully, we especially treasure the candid moments and emotions that she captured, as well being able to organise our rather large and unruly family with a minimum of fuss for the group shots. So many of our guests commented on how great Annamarie was, and we can only testify to that, Annamarie has a unique personality and is a fabulous photographer, we would recommend her without reservation.
