Animals at Home North West London Ltd

We have been using Con and Nora for the last 2 years and we are so happy to have found them. Both our dogs are utterly devoted to them - and beside themselves with joy when they realise Con or Nora have come to collect them. Our dogs are so well cared for, and always reassuringly tired after a full day in daycare - they get plenty of exercise and lots of stimulus being part of the Con and Nora pack. Both Con and Nora clearly understand the different personalities of our dogs, and therefor the different needs they have, and always take time to chat at collection or drop off, keeping a dialogue going about what our boys may be up to. And Nora is a font of knowledge about natural remedies we could try before heading off to the vet. A huge plus point is how reliable and flexible the arrangement is. Not only can we totally rely on their time keeping, but we both have jobs which sometimes involve last minute meetings, or even unexpected travel, and Con and Nora are unfailingly accommodating and dependable. They have literally changed our lives, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. .

We are thrilled with the care that Con and Nora at Animals at Home in Northwest London give to our beloved Cavalier King Charles Phoebe. When we travel they take such wonderful care of her, giving her long walks, lots of cuddles and plenty of attention. We know that Phoebe receives the very best from Con and Nora, they keep her safe and happy and even keep in touch with us, sending pictures and videos of her while we are away. We could not be more pleased to place Phoebe in their home, as we know that Con and Nora love her as much as we do…And if Phoebe could talk, she would surely agree!
