Mel has been walking Cici our pooch for over two years. Cici loves her walks, running in the fields and lying in the river with the AA gang. Could not recommend Mel and the Animal Assistance team enough. One key thing for us is that the dog walking service they provide isn’t just a job, Mel loves animals and enjoys walking and playing with the dogs and makes a fuss of them, which was really important to us when looking for a dog Walker. *****.

Deb has looked after my two kittens twice now and I couldn't be happier with the service. The first time they were just 10 weeks old as I was really nervous about leaving them. Deb kept me updated during the week and did a fantastic job of looking after them. They were happy and healthy and I feel absolutely confident in leaving their care to Deb. Little extras like being able to put the bins out and draw the blinds so the house looks lived in also make a massive difference to my peace of mind while I'm away. I really can't recommend Animal Assistance more and I will be asking Deb to look after Alphin and Pi every time I am away. Thank you!

I love going walkies with Alison Her liver treats are really yum. She picks me up at lunchtime and she puts me in her van. She stops me rolling in dead things whenever she can. I sometimes have a sleepover at her lovely home. My friends A and H are there and I like to steal their bones. Breakfast at Alison's really is a treat. My owner's vegetarian but she gives me raw meat. Since being walked by Alison I'm a really happy dog. Though I wish she wouldn't stop me from smelling of dead frog.Moreexpand_more

Alison and her team have walked and on an occasion boarded our dog Shadow who is Chesapeake Labrador cross since he was eleven weeks old and he is now four. Alison is a true professional and Shadow loves her. Her in depth knowledge of dogs has helped Shadow become a very chilled out and sociable animal with other dogs and humans. She takes great care and last year when we had a serious personal problem Alison made sure Shadow had his midday walk every day for which we are extremely grateful.

Animal assistance not only walk my dog but also look after my cat whilst I'm away. Both my pets love Sara and she always makes a big fuss of them and has some home made goodies. I know my beloved pets are being looked after like I would look after them myself when I use this service. Can't recommend enough.

Alison helped me with my little yorkie puppy Ruby Rose before Christmas last year. Ruby is quite a nervous dog and so Alison walked her with her own two labradoodles. Before long instead of being anxious Ruby was running along with Alison's big dogs and enjoying herself. I cannot recommend Animal Assistance's services highly enough and I believe it is because they are true animal fanatics and it is more of a pleasure than a job.

Animal Assistance have been walking my black lab Tilly for a few days each week for years now. The service is reliable, trustworthy and Alison has always been able to help when we have needed her. As Tilly loves being walked with lots of other dogs she was always walked in a group so that she could run about and enjoy herself. The Facebook group allows you to see what your canine companion has been up to, a lovely extra touch. The service is great value for money and I would recommend Animal Assistance to anyone.

I have been using Alison and the team to walk my rescue dog Dexter who has a few behavioural issues and they have been fantastic and patient with him he absolutely loves going out with them and gets so excited, it's great to have somebody you trust to leave your dog with and would highly recommend them. Alison has always been there if I needed any advice for Dexter and always willing to help if I need him walked on short notice, excellent service and would be lost without them.

Sue Croft. April 2015. We would like to thank Val for looking after the magnificent seven and the fish whilst we were on holiday. It is the first time we have used Animal Assistance's services and would highly recommend them. Normally our cats go on their holidays to the cattery, which usually meant booking an extra days holiday to take them and ensuring we were home in time to collect them. One of our cats is car sick and this combined with the stress of "catching" the cats for their journey to the cattery is something we won't have to worry about again as we have already booked Val to look after the cats again for our next holiday! Alison has been walking Jake for approx 3 years and she is great with him. It is also lovely to see how happy Jake is too see Alison, he really loves his walks with her and his dog friends. Alison is a great person and goes above and beyond. I would have no hesitation recommending Alison and her team. We have a very happy dog and it's great to know that Jake is well cared for.

Alison has Looked after my Dyl for nearly 2 yrs. Started off just to socialise him and train him to go off the lead. This was done after only 2 outings. Dyl absolutely loved it so we stuck with them. Alison always goes above and beyond with him and cant fault her dedication. Recentely after my hubby has a operation she fitted dyl in every day (he usually only does 3 days). Dyl always gets over excited when he sees the van pull up and cant wait to go on his walk. Excellent group of girls especially Alison and Debbie.

Animal Assistance provide a very reliable and professional service. I initially used them to walk my dog Flora when I was temporarily unable too but have kept using them as Flora enjoys it so much. Alison and Deb are really good with her and take her out with other dogs, this experience has helped improve her social manners with other dogs and people. She enjoys her runs with her new doggy pals so much and we're really thankful to Alison and Deb for looking after her, we have a very contented dog indeed. Helen.

Just got to say what an outstanding service Lynn provided, I had to go into hospital whilst on holiday in Turkey, it took one phone call to lynn and my little westie Sally was well looked after by Lynn and her superb team taking all the worry away from my wife and myself. I have been meaning to write a review on the service I received from Animal Assistance and more importantly from Val who walked my dog for over a year. My dog kik was always so pleased to see Val and if I am being honest with myself it was Val who trained Kik to be so friendly with other dogs and walk nicely on the lead. A lovely touch was the note I came home to telling me what she had been up to on her walks. I would recommend Val and Animal Assistance to anyone. Thanks so much Vicki.

Lynn has been taking Buster for his walks for several years now - we have never had a problem and Buster always enjoys himself. Buster has also boarded with Lynn or one of her other boarding friends during our holidays and has always been very happy. Lynn has helped us out many times at short notice which is very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Lynn and her team have looked after Chloe my Cocker Spaniel on a number of occasions. Each time they have taken excellent care of her in the comfort of their own homes. With long walks and lots of play she loves spending time with them and I am able to go away with real peace of mind. I have been hugely impressed by Lynn's professionalism and the caring attitude of all the people who have looked after Chloe. I would recommend Animal Assistance and Lynn and her team in particular to anyone, their service is a great alternative to kennels. Perhaps the best advert is Chloe herself who cannot get into their homes fast enough and is always reluctant to come home at the end of her holiday.

Lynn has looked after my exotic bird collection for several years, during which time has proved to be most reliable and trustworthy. Nothing is too much trouble and she always goes the extra mile. I can always relax knowing that they're in very capable hands with the backup of her two colleagues too!

Lynn was recommended to us by Charlie's best friend (another Chocolate Lab) Since then we have never left Charlie in the care of anyone else and have been more than happy with the service Lynn provides from walkies to accommodation when we have to go away without him! A thoroughly professional service but more importantly we know Charlie is in safe hands!
