Andy Walsh Plumbing & Heating

Andy has done a few jobs for my dad in the past, a new boiler, a shower and more recently a new kitchen sink. Very reliable and helpful. Cannot recommend Andy enough and would use him again.

We found Andy to come and fit a cast iron radiator. He was punctual, knowledgeable and tidy. We did not hesitate to use him again when we needed another one fitting. We recently had a leak in the bathroom, he came quickly and managed to rectify. Installed a new shower unit and replaced the tiles. Fantastic job and wish we had discovered him sooner. Andy is a friendly guy who is trustworthy and just gets on with the job. We Would not hesitate to recommend, and hopefully he will be back soon for the next job I have planned. .

Andy has just finished fitting my new bathroom. As always, an exemplary job. He arrives on time, works hard, cleans up after himself and does a fabulous job. His charges are reasonable and his quality high. He fitted my central heating 2 years ago, again to high standards. As the old saying goes 'look after your customers and they will look after you'. Repeat business is the lifeblood if any small business. Because he's good you have to wait up to 2 months for a slot to appear but he's worth the wait.

Prompt, reliable and excellent quality. Highly recommended. Always busy through WOM, says it all really.

Andy has fitted a complete central heating system for me. He gave a decent price. He gave a start date and this never changed. He worked extremely hard, taking very little breaks, and kept his work area tidy. He informed me of the information I needed about the system and completed the warranty paperwork. He is up to date and knowledgeable about his work. He was very helpful with the heating system and made it easy for me to take the radiators off for decorating. Andy uses clear communication and is very professional; I would have no reservations about using him again, and recommending his work.

Andy just fitted a new combi boiler for us, he kept us informed of the work he was carrying out at all times. We will be using Andy again for any future plumbing work. Andy was prompt and courteous at all times.

Andy recently installed a new Combi boiler replacing our 15 year old Back Boiler/Storage Tank System. He did a really good job for us and we couldn't be happier with his service. What a difference it is too have hot water whenever you need it along with a super hot central heating system. Don't hesitate in using Andy your Hot Water/Heating is the core of your house and needs to be done right.

Andy has just fitted a new bathroom suite for me. He just got on with it, quickly resolving problems as he came across them. I was hoping not to have to have the bathroom retiled and he was very careful to make sure he did not damage the existing tiles. He worked very hard to make sure the job was finished as quickly as possible but at the same time making sure he did a good job. He also cleared up as he went along and got rid of the old suite for me. Also he is a very pleasant young man, which Is very important when having someone working in your home for any length of time. I will definitely use him in the future.

Recently had some heating work carried out by Andy. Andy turned up at the time agreed, he was very informative in the work he carried, he was also customer friendly. Very pleased with the professional way he carried out his work. Would certainly contact him again in the future.

Two new radiators were fitted with alterations to the pipework. Andy was punctual, very friendly, and explained what he was going to do. He cleaned up after the work was completed, and invited an inspection before he left. He completed the work in less time than I thought it would take. I am really pleased with his work.

Recently had a Worcester combi boiler fitted by Andy. He installed the boiler exactly where I asked, replaced some old lead pipe work and managed to sort out some other complications I had. He was friendly, professional, thorough and punctual. He took the time to ensure I knew how to use the boiler and wireless thermostat. Can't recommend him enough and will definitely use him again in the future. Many thanks Andy!

Andy went above and beyond in investigating the cause of our leak. He took his time to eliminate possible causes and to ensure that the work he recommended to be carried out was necessary. Very calm and patient, professional manner. Would definitely recommend this local firm.

We hired Rod Walsh and Son to install a new combi boiler and remove our original water tank system. We also had a gas leak and lead piping which needed replacing too. Andy was fantastic from the moment I contacted him - quick to respond to enquirers and always very friendly and approachable. Andy did an incredible job with the new boiler, we couldn't really have wished for a better service or end result. He also made sure I was completely happy with the new boiler controls before he left, which was really reassuring. He was always punctual, efficient, professional, and most of all a genuinely lovely guy. He called us straight away with any problems he came across and offered a quick solution (we've just purchased an old house and one of the radiators was leaking). We will definitely be using Rod Walsh and Son again in the future! Highly recommend!

Rod and Andy fitted a new central heating system with a combi boiler last year. We had our first winter with our new heating/water system and have saved money with the combi boiler instead of the old water tank and we were lovely and warm with hot water available all the time. The guys are very helpful and go above and beyond to finish the job. They came across some problems/suprises created by previous workmen but Rod is so experienced and knowledgable he sorted things out. They are helpful, they explained things every step of the way, they are prompt and clean up after they finish every day. I would recommend them to anybody. Genuine, knowledgable and a great job done. After ringing several plumbers for help after our shower broke, Rod Walsh and Son were the only ones that returned our call. Andy came out and looked at the job and returned later that afternoon to fit a new shower. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They also fitted a complete bathroom for my mum and dad and it is beautiful, they love it.
