With many years of experience in the Surveying industry, Andrew McColl Surveys provides Residential Property Surveys to customers throughout the local area. Established in 2009, the business is situated in Brentwood. An independent surveyor, providing an more personal service with old fashioned after care. All surveys are in plain English, jargon free and any issues are highlighted with clear, colour photographs. No monies are asked for upfront, invoices are only issued when the survey is complete and it has been explained, where needed.

Andrew McColl Surveys has a small network of clients, based in the local area, including local solicitors and conveyancers.

The company is managed by Andrew McColl who has been working in the industry for many years. Having previously worked as a senior manager for Major National House builders and is currently a council member for the RPSA, Residential Property Surveyors Association, Andrew McColl is more than qualified to look after the practice.
