A web design consultancy with a strong emphasis on easy to read and navigate websites. Having trained in product design, I learnt if something is awkward to use people don't use it! If pa site is awkward to read, they will abandon it before reading why they should use your services.

Sites are all bespoke and built on a WordPress platform. This means, once built, you can update the content yourself without touching the code. Sites are built with 3 views: desktop, tablet and smartphone. Not only is there a difference in how content is displayed, what content and how it works varies depending on the type of device used.

"Responsive Web Design" which shrinks all content into a confusing set of navigation menus. At Ambrose Designs we take the principles of "Adaptive Web Design" as outlined in Rachel Hinman's book "The Mobile Frontier". This takes into account user interface, environment and contextual needs.
