Lee and his team did an excellent job fitting my shower room and toilet. Very friendly hard working team, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everywhere was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend.

Lee was very efficient and effective in what he quoted and then undertook. It was a new shower in the bathroom and also fixed an external tap at the same time. He kept his promises and undertook the work to a high standard. Before I paid he wanted to ensure that all was satisfactory and I was happy with the work. Lee fitted a new hot water tank for us of a model which he hadn't dealt with before. He did an excellent job and was exceptionally clean and tidy, even putting a plastic adhesive sheeting on our carpets so as not to mark them. Took all the old pipes and tank away for disposal too. The tank works very well and all the work has been carried out to an excellent standard. I would recommend Lee again.

This lovely man helped me out in the hour of need, he came, out of hours and was happy to show me what he was doing and why. Will be using this service again.

Lee provided an excellent service. He assessed the water pressure problems and suggested a sensible solution, which worked. Previously, I used 2 recommended Bristol plumbing companies to look at the attic shower. They both charged me for work which was not needed and did not work. Lee was the only Plumber who had the knowledge and the skills to sort out the attic conversion shower water pressures. He spent time looking at my original hot and cold water system and worked out the best way to improve my hot and cold water flow rate. He also kept me updated and involved in all the the planning and fitting. I can thoroughly recommend Ambient Heating.

I was so impressed with Lee from Ambient heating, he answered my online enquire promptly to fix a toilet flush. On meeting Lee I felt he was trustworthy and professional he had good sound knowledge and was tidy and meticulous. While looking after my sick father his heating packed up late on a Saturday night. I found Ambient on a search site and rang them and was amazed by Lee's willingness to help me over the phone and sort the boiler problem out. After sending photo's of boiler Lee gave me precice instructions to carry out to try solve problem. When we thought we had solved it I offered payment but lee declined. Very rare as he had in fairness dealt with someone who never had a clue what he was doing! When the prob happened again he arranged fo engineer to come round first thing Sunday and the problem was resolved. My father and myself would like to thank Lee and Sam for all they did. Lee replied to an online ad to replace a kitchen tap. He came when he said he would, was tidy while he was here, and did a neat job. He even stuck to his quote after having had to unexpectedly remove the dishwasher.

I chose Ambient because of the good reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. I wanted a bathroom refurbishment to change my very old pink units and tiles. Lee came out to see me and took note of my requirements which involved removing a breeze block wall and a door and frame and rebuilding a stud and plaster wall. The work involved complete floor to ceiling retiling and fitting of modern bath/shower, vanity unit, toilet and radiator. Lee went away and within a few days gave me a very reasonable quote which was within my budget. Luckily he had just had a job that was due to be started the following week put back by a few months so I was advised he could start the following Monday. This was brilliant for me as I wanted work to commence ASAP. Work was commenced and I must say it was carried out in a very clean and efficient manner with different trades coming in to do plastering, carpentry, tiling and electrical work to building regulations, while Lee did all the plumbing and first fix work. All work was completed within 7 days and we are delighted with the results. All the while Lee kept us informed of what would happen and when. Lee came promptly to quote to install a new boiler and fitted me in quickly to, just in time before a cold spell. He alsi fitted a new wireless programmer, which stopped communicating several hours after lee left. Despite a very long day, lee talked me through trying to fix the problem but as thus failed, he promptly came the next morning and removed the faulty programmer and installed a new one. Great job done and I felt he went the extra mile to do a good job and showed why he gets such good reviews. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Moved boiler from bedroom to lift and installed 3 new radiators. Work was completed to high standard and within timescales given. When an existing problem with our boiler was identified, Lee ensured it was fixed and safe despite being very busy with other customers. Would highly recommend.

We had had several plumbers including Wooster engineer look at our boiler. However all were unable to rectify the problem and enable us to have hot water again. We contacted Lee who came the same evening to assess the problem, he came the following day and completed the work required. Lee was efficient, knowledgeable, clean and tidy did not try and pull the wool over our eyes or charge us an excessive amount. We will have no hesitation using Lee again.

I had my central heating system upgraded by Lee a couple of weeks ago. He fitted thermostatic valves to the radiators and installed a digital central heating controls to our old boiler. The job was neatly completed on time. I'm glad that Lee made the recommendation for the upgrade because now our central heating system is working like clockwork. Lee gave us a very competitive quote for replacing our boiler and cleaning out the whole of out heating system. He fitted us in very quickly and carried out the work efficiently and without too much disruption to the house.
